Don't move here. I've been a resident for 3 years, paid my rent on time, and they still had my truck towed. I had a sticker placed on my window for no registration, l orderea a new one, and before it could even come in the mail my truck was towed, and now I have to pay 250$. Terrible place and looking forward to when my lease is up. Don’t move here, they will tow you or your guests vehicle
Neighbours and people in the community are quite friendly; the amenities provided are also well. I also enjoy the occasional community events, which are held during festivals like Halloween and Christmas.
I’ve been living in this complex for the past 2 years and I can say that is a quiet community, close to pretty much everything, restaurants, theaters, ASU, transportation. There are some construction around the neighborhood that make it a little bit disturbing for those who works at night and want to sleep a little more. Biggest issue is that many neighbors do not pick up after their pets. Pet owners must be held accountable for cleaning up. There are not rule enforcement to prevent this issue. For the last 2 weeks there has been some public lighting damaged and we haven’t received a letter from the management saying the time that will be fixed. Sometimes I feel the office put more effort to resolve the issues that they have near the front office than the one we have in the back of the development. Some stairways and walkways are poorly lit or completely dark at night. Check by the back pool, building M. It doesn’t feel safe to walk at night.

The location is unbeatable. Being right across from the light rail station is incredibly convenient for getting to ASU or downtown Phoenix. It's also just minutes from Tempe Marketplace and the 101, making commuting and running errands a breeze. 10/10 for accessibility!

The team as a whole has a lot of attitude adjustments to make especially when handling problems with future residents who are now “stuck” without any alternative of a place or leading office to deal with due to the short window. I understand certain things may not fall into a category of who is really at fault, but it would not hurt to have some understanding versus arguing with a new client.

Overall the community seems to be good place to stay, it’s good especially for students, it also has well maintained facilities. Also the community organizes engagement events that helps to know the people living around you.

Great place to live in and enjoy all the amenities around. Close to everything, mall, restaurants, Theaters, ASU, train, lake. Etc. the staff is always really helpful and friendly. I’m not going to lie, there is always some bad apple on the tree, and I’m talking about people who doesn’t understand the concept of living in an apartment and don’t follow rules.

Great place to live. Excellent location and a nice population of residents. Night time security and when something breaks the fix it. The rent is reasonable as well.

Great complex. Plenty of amenities, parking and events. Community is kept exceptionally clean and secure with gates and on site security. As well as a great location in Tempe by the freeway and light rail and being a comfortable distance from the nightlife. Only downsides are probably connecting with the front office for maintenance issues or other questions that require a manager to be present (they can be quite elusive) and restrictions to the amenities (they aren’t 24/7)

AC didn't work for some days... and it was unclear how it would be fixed until we had 3 different maintenance people come Dishwasher took a long time to be replaced amenities are great though and its a well maintained area

Been living here for almost 2 years now and it's honestly been great considering the price and area. I will say that I was fortunate enough to grab a great deal on my apartment. I do live in an unrenovated apartment, which has been fine, appliances are older but they work just the same. But its my understanding that they will be renovating all of the older units once the current resident moves out so I don't think an unrenovated unit for a cheaper price will be available anymore. For what I pay now the apartment is great, but looking at the recent price increases, it seems like a bit much.

I’ve lived here for a year. It’s been a great experience. The complex keeps the exterior nice and clean. I’ve had very little maintenance, if ever needed maintenance is quick to help and correct the issue. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy with where I live.
