There have been some really good changes over the summer since I moved in. New Maintenance and Management have really engaged with the people living here. The community is beautiful and my one bedroom is spacious with storage, which was hard to find in my price point. Amenities are top notch and they are kept clean.
Is there a leasing or maintenance staff?! No one is keeping residents informed.

Don't stay here as long as Lexi is the building manager. Initial issues with the building changing the start of my lease without communicating with me. Then everyone ducking my phone calls and emails while I was moving cross country. I had to drive to the office just to talk to someone because no one responded to my phone calls or emails. Then we finally get in, and things are fine until we need to renew and Lexi would not work with us on renewal terms. She wouldn't talk to me and kept blaming her regional manager. Then we had maintenance issues that took weeks to resolve resulting in additional damage to flooring when Lexi wouldn't authorize replacement appliances. Maintenance and staff are amazing! They are the nicest people, and I can tell they are extremely knowledgeable (I work closely with a maintenance group in my job). Management is the problem.

My experience with Broadstone Portland was amazing. Such a great location and the process to apply and sign the lease was surprisingly easy. Also the management, Gigi in particular, has made the whole moving in process a positive and smooth task overall.
