Brentwood is a picturesque neighborhood in Northwest Raleigh, bordered on the south by I-440 and to the east by Capital Boulevard. This residential area is filled with established homes, mature trees, and several lakes. At the heart of the neighborhood, the Brentwood Park provides a gathering place for residents. This 19-acre park includes a picnic shelter, two playgrounds, athletic fields, and two basketball courts. The Neighborhood Center has a warming kitchen and meeting space and is often used for community events and classes.
The Adventure Landing Raleigh is located in Brentwood, just off Capital Boulevard. This theme park features an aquatic complex, laser tag, go-karts, batting cages, an arcade, and three 18-hole miniature golf courses. With a short, five-mile commute into Downtown Raleigh, Brentwood is ideal for commuters. The neighborhood is also minutes from Duke Raleigh Hospital, NC State, Mordecai Historic Park, and Crabtree Valley Mall.

We loved the amenities of this apartment complex. Maintenance often worked quickly and efficiently to address issues. Issues that arose weren’t often egregious. The management team was great! The location was accessible to so many things. Most of our preferred stores, medical facilities, government buildings, etc., weren’t more than a 15 minute drive. The noise level was a bit more than we liked as we have young kids. Many of the residents are in their 20/30s so they were more active. It was great that the fire station was close by but capital blvd is so active and busy, the fire station crew were often called to emergencies. This place is perfect for the social single or couple!

Stayed here for a year it not safe over here there are several breaking in of cars dog poo pee all over the premises elevator stink with all over Dog pee stay far away from this apartment and find a safe place for you

Already been here a month and I love my apartment. It’s a quiet and clean apartment, with friendly neighbors and great amenities. I feel very safe here and have yet to have any complaints. I hope to be here for a long time.

I spent months and months and searched all over Wake County for the perfect apartment. I finally just moved into Broadstone Oak City. I am very happy here. Highly recommend this property to others.

A very Midcentury eclectic vibe with the leasing office area etc., which also a package holding room, a fitness area and a few other amenities like cold brew coffee bar and pool billiard's, a professional pod cast studio area available by booked apt, a office print space, a very relaxed lounge area inside and also via the pool deck. I would say overall this place is great bargain with all that is included. The pool area looks nice and has a grill area and they are spending a lot of time on landscaping and community events to try and make everyone feel welcome here. The buildings are all very secure it is a new property. Most likely you would be getting yourself a new apartment. It has an overall very relaxed and chill vibe here. Not a lot of loud chaos here. They have a little dog park area, and enough sidewalk and almost a private street area that people can go around and walk their pet's day and night without having to worry about their security. The building in the back of the property faces up against a wooded tree line and it has a very serene vibe overall. They have a trash valet service. Water is billed directly via the leasing office. Energy bill is via Duke Energy. There is a Fire Station close by. However, as the leasing office explained they clearly make a point to not run the siren very much while leaving the station since they are off a mostly secluded street. I believe there is a school very close by, for those who have children, FYI. The leasing office has been easy to work with and responsive to emails. Maintenace does respond to work requests. They have an online portal or phone line to place these requests to help them keep better track of all that. From past experiences leasing, placing a request online will ease the workload of office staff and better ensure it doesn't accidentally get lost in the mix. The apartments seem to be off really good quality. They have what might be considered oversized frontload GE washers and dryers already built in and pre-installed. Literally the best quality I have ever seen in an apartment. They even have a feature to help air vent and prevent mold growth with the washing machine. I suggest learning about that feature to prevent any damage to these brand-new units. Also, excellent double door G.E. fridge with built-in water filtration etc. I am sure the leasing staff could answer any other questions you may have or given you a full tour.

You can tell right away this is a Greystar property. Huge windows with beautiful trim, a massive front door that leads into a modern mud room bench with storage. Tall ceilings, nice appliances including a full size stackable front loader washer and dryer. Really nice.

I've been here for about a month so far, and don't have any complaints. All issues/questions (minor) I've had have been handled immediately, and they even went above and beyond for me on one occasion with a request. It is a luxury property, and for the price it can't be beaten, especially with its proximity to downtown and 440 and brand new amenities.All the folks that work in the office are all incredibly nice, as well as the maintenance guys you'll see around the property. I don't have a lot of neighbors as my building is one of the newer ones with lower occupancy, but the people I've seen so far have also been really friendly. It isn't the most walkable location for taking dogs on long walks from your front door, but it's a 3 minute drive away from Crabtree Creek Greenway, which is 20 miles, and my pup has been enjoying that thoroughly. I would 100% recommend this property.

I attended the open house at Broadstone and it looks amazing. Jasmine was a great host in showing me around. From the apartments to the community space, it's very inviting with so many amenities. You can tell they put the attention where it matters: the residents. I definitely recommend this community!
