Trash fee needs to be capped off at a fair level for single dweller. Trash fee is extremely unfair for single dweller who does not accumulate much trash. I paid over $60/month for a few bags of trash that barely fill the personal unit trash bin provided. Concerns brought up to management team who didn’t do anything to make it fair

The complex and amenities are nice. The gym is very solid, I can get a great workout in with the equipment they have. The people are nice and I haven't ran into any issues. The primary issue however is the renewal rate after each year. My renewal shows a 35% increase year over year. Do not anticipate living here for longer than one year without factoring in the high hike beginning in Year 2. For this reason I give it 2 stars. Without the extreme hikes, I would give this 4-5 stars.

The parking space is also small in the current state.I think the more move in,the more inconvenient it will be to parking.

Broadstone Edition is a very well run apartment community. The leasing staff (I’ve dealt mostly with Colleen and Dylan) have always been accommodating, helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff always respond to my service requests (I’ve had 4 minor issues since I moved in this past February) in a timely manner. Lastly, you are always kept informed about community events and any issues regarding the community which I appreciate.

Brand new building with top notch amenities, floor plan layouts and finishes. Super friendly staff in the leasing office. The maintenance crew is rapid when it comes to addressing minor maintenance requests submitted so far. Overall a sophisticated and class apartment building that's worth every penny.

I've lived at Broadstone Edition apartments for a month and a half and I'd just like to share my experience so far. This is a brand new property. When we first started looking for apartments, we simply weren't impressed with any in the area. We were about to give up hope of finding something we liked, when we came upon these apartments. The office staff (Madison and Dylan) are the absolute best! Both of them have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. They have never once hesitated to help me with anything I've had questions about. We chose a beautiful 2/2 on the 5th floor and the view is amazing! The layout is perfect for us. We have had just a few minor issues arise that we needed to place work order requests for, and each time, the maintenance team (Mario and/or Jonathan) has been prompt, thorough, friendly, and beyond helpful. During my 53 years on this earth, I have lived in many apartment complexes. Without a doubt, Edition takes the cake! From the wonderful office staff, and knowledgeable maintenance team to the gorgeous amenities; we are beyond grateful that we found this place and honored to call it home.

This is by far the best apartment complex in Irvine. Everything is built very well. Amenities are really nice, you don’t have to leave home to have a good time. Leasing office representatives are profoundly attentive and caring. Overall this community is unquestionably 10/10.

From the moment we walked into the front office, Madison and Dylan greeted us with such a genuine vibe and energy, we couldn't help but be intrigued. The aesthetics of the building were incredible. We had not made an appointment, so Madison promptly scheduled us for the next day. The tour was so informative and well thought out. Madison was so friendly, never fumbled once, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely excited about the property. She didn't just send us off on our own with a key fob to see "an apartment" for show. She took us to see many different floor plans and wanted our needs to be met. We were able to see the actual apartment we wanted to rent. That was so helpful. The move in process was seamless. Any time I've had a question, Madison and/or Dylan are very quick to respond. We feel at home here and I am so glad we chose Broadstone Edition.

Top notch community and leasing team. They made touring, applying for the lease, and move in very easy. The community has been quiet and everyone is respectable. The amenities are great and management keeps the common areas clean and tidy. So far, I would recommend living here.
