I have lived in 6 different apartments in my life so far, and at almost all of them I have had to deal with egregious noise issues from my neighbors. It was not until I moved to Broadstone Claro that they took my complaints seriously, went above and beyond any measure I had seen before, and actually resolved the issue. Never before, in any of the previous apartments I've lived in, has my noise complaint issue been resolved, which is why I've lived in 6 apartments because I never stay due to the noise issue and the lack of accountability from the management. When I talked to the property manager in the middle of dealing with this, she said "if my residents aren't happy then I'm not happy", and I can't express how nice that was to hear.
Broadstone Claro Is a fantastic community and property. The decor Is light, modern, and luxurious. I love living here.
I’ve been here several months now, and I literally wake up every day feeling gratitude for my new home here at the Broadstone Claro. Aesthetics are very important to me, and I love walking into the lobby and seeing how clean, sophisticated and stylish it is. I see the cleaning crew mopping the floors and cleaning the lobby area every morning on my way out to walk my dog. The gym is well equipped with towels to use while you work out. Little touches suck as doggie treats, the fully automatic espresso machine, and all of the amazing little sitting areas in the lobby help ti make us feel cared for and appreciated as tenants. I love it here and would highly recommend it to others who want an upscale and welcoming place to call home.

Settling into a new apartment life can be stressful. Now that some weeks have gone by I am able to offer such a positive review regarding this community. The staff from leasing to maintenance to security are all attentive and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean all the time. The location offers the best walks and establishments to grab the best food or treats.

I LOVE living here! Since starting my search for an apartment my two greatest concerns were finding a home in a safe location and a friendly management team (I’ve heard, and read of so many horror stories of a poorly ran management team ) Every review I’ve read had only negative comments until I stumbled upon Broadstone Claro. From the beginning, their communication was/ has been professional, friendly, and kind. Nasim, Rebecca, and Mekyle are exceptional human beings!! They have been so kind, patient and helpful during my entire move in process. This is a beautiful building in a great location, however the determining factor that help my decision to live here is because of the leasing team here. I genuinely look forward to seeing them!! Kevin, one of the maintenance guy here is great! As soon as I expressed a concern, the entire team is on top of it, and they have gone out of their way to ensure they do everything they can to be of help! It’s so rare to find such an exceptional management team, their energy is vibrant and I couldn’t be more happy to be apart of this community!!

Broadstone-Claro is an amazing place to live. The staff is attentive and friendly and always goes the extra mile. The amenities are top notch and we were even greeted with a bottle of wine when we first opened our door after leasing! The proximity to parks, the waterfront, shopping/dining, the Regal Cinemas, downtown, and Clark College is most ideal with all those within 10 minutes of walking out our door. If you are not leasing here, give it a look, I guarantee you will see something you love!
