I am thoroughly enjoying living at B&W, however is you live facing Park Place or Washington or Washington St, prepare yourself for hearing very loud nightly concerts from Clare and Don's next door. Also unfortunately the building's coffee machine is not complementary, even after a hefty amenity fee.
