Brixley

Things are going downhill. There doesn’t seem to be any accountability for broken rules. Dog poop covers the ground, trash cans are left in the hall all week, smoking is a continual issue. Upkeep in the building is failing, carpet is dirty, stairwells are nasty. Maintenance within my apartment is perfect. I love my apartment, it’s the surroundings that are disappointing.

I’ve had to have a couple of things done since I wrote the last review but I do wanna say that everything is going so wonderful here maintenance staff is outstanding and also the office they can’t be any better and always holding something nice and fun to do so I would say if you want a happy place come to Brixley thank you Linda

Awesome place to live everyone is friendly and the bonus is when they do special events. They have a gym, pool, and grilling stations. Numerous buildings and they allow pets. Come check it out I think you might be happy here!

Great amenities, top notch maintenance guys making sure everything is in order. Hoping to see gates and door locks working and the buildings power washed!

I love it here! So comfy, calm, relaxed. The staff is always pleasant and happy to help. Even the dog loves it. I think we'll stay awhile. LOL

Great experience, golf simulator I use all the time that is probably my favorite part, pool is beautiful and the elevators are great as wdll

Love living here!!!!! It’s a peaceful and clean community. I’ve never been happier with an apartment complex. The amenities are very nice, great gym and pool.

The Brixkey Apartments is a great community. The property managers are absolutely wonderful, and they are always happy to help you with any needs you may have.

I have lived here for over a year and a half, and the property grounds are clean, the staff really cares about their residents, and the amenities are superb. I highly recommend Brixley to anyone looking for a resort-style home, along with Property Management that will ensure their residents are happy and safe. We've been here for about 3 weeks now and it's been very good. The staff at the office are all very helpful and the maintenance employees are also super nice and helpful. The property is very well kept and the unit we got is wonderful. I am definitely looking forward to being here for a while.

Great place to live. Great staff. Doesn't overcharge for loving and doesn't hike the rent up like most places do. Overall a great place to live and I highly recommend anyone who wants to live here.

Living at Brixley has been a pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and secure. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads. Parking is usually easy to find, and the neighbors are generally respectful. There’s some occasional noise, but nothing too disruptive. Overall, it’s a solid community that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to live.

Josh was very amazing by helping me step by step with my move in process. once i move in Matt the maintenance guy was very amazing giving me ideals on how to make my move easier.I really love it here it’s so beautiful and i’m surrounded my some very nice people.

I enjoy my apartment at brisket. Nice amenities, great pool, nice gym. Cool dog park even though I don’t have a dog. Noisy right off 64. Lots of silverfish inside other than that I don’t think any complaints ????

Everything has been great, we have lived here 2.5 years. This is a safe place, even during hurricanes, we had no issues. Neighbors are friendly.

Love everything about the entire community. It is bright and clean. People are friendly. Dog park is more like a State Park! Leasing staff, especially Josh, has the patience of a saint. Hope to stay here a long time.

Been here a week and love everything! Everyone in the office and on the maintenance team is super helpful and kind. Staff is very down to earth and treat you more like a friend than a customer. Amenities are nice, clean, and in working order. Grounds are kept picked up and you are so close to everything you need (shopping, medical care, food, gas, entertainment, etc). Love the indoor breezeways too, extra layer of security and keeps you out of the Florida sun/rain.

We loved our first year at Brixley so much we signed on for 15 more months! Everyone is so helpful and efficient. We love the social events! We absolutely love living here!

From the start, the office staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything I’ve needed. They’re easy to talk to and genuinely care about the residents. On top of that, the maintenance crew is top-notch—quick to respond, professional, and skilled. Every time I’ve put in a request, it’s been handled promptly and correctly.

Awesome clean great place, staff is great and facility is ran very well. Neighborhood and area is nice along with good food around and parks. Recommended to friends and they also love the area and place

From the tours to the application process and lease signing, everything was incredibly easy. Josh and Brandon were very informative and helpful. It was a huge plus that the unit was kept clean and well-maintained for the move-in. Best decision ever!!!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating in the leasing office! My apartment was super clean upon move in and they even left a cute welcome basket that actually came in clutch with dishwasher pods, detergent, towels, and more! Much much appreciated!

The staff is great here. Always welcomes you with a smile and are very attentive l. My dog even loves our maintenance guy Vinny better than us.lol. says alot

So far it’s pretty nice, It does get a bit noisy due to Eds Tavern yelling and loud music. Hallways are clean for the most part except for when people decide to leave trash in random spots. It is for dog lovers there is no park for children so if you have a paw baby I would recommend Brixley. They have events for residents which is also pretty cool. Also there will be silverfish bugs in the unit but maintenance and pest are pretty cool and rapid. Pest is every Monday if requested.

Brixley has been great! The team is always so responsive and the amenities are fantastic. I’ve lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this is one of the best ones I’ve lived in!

Amazing place to live with fantastic front office and quick responses to work orders. I lived here almost for two years and had nothing but positive experiences. Look no farther for your new home.

Brixley is in a great area of town, they are new apartments with many amenities. We have lived here a little over two years and love it. Our neighbors are friendly and the staff are helpful.

Amazing building, community, people. Clean, efficient and beautiful apartments! Luxury in the very beautiful Lakewood Ranch Area of Bradenton, Florida. I relocated from Connecticut and you will find that all your neighbors are all neighborly transplants from the Northeast having much in common with many people. Everyone is friendly, and you just feel safe. The property I kept immaculate. You have very communicative property managers, and you rest assured that the apartment has regular upkeep like air filters, and pest prevention. I have, and feel very proud of having elected this building from up north without even seeing it in person. It is even more beautiful in person, and there is a unit that will be the most beautiful and well equipped with state of the art appliances. This property does not disappoint. I have received nothing but the best compliments from visitors. Rest assured, if you are considering Brixley as your residence, you will be highly satisfied all around.

Love living here. Great staff and everyone is very nice. Great amenities and everything is always running smoothly. Only thing that needs to change is the mailing system because mailroom gets back up to often.

The Brixley is a nice new apartment complex, we have plenty of space inside of our apartment. The community is very quiet and the amenities are pretty nice as well. Theres a sports simulator, pool table, a gym, pool and a courtyard. The complex is supposed to be gated but the gates have not work since I moved in over two years ago and a few of the machines in the gym could use some maintenance.

Love living here! It’s such a beautiful community and the gym and pool are fabulous amenities! Absolutely love how spacious the kitchen is!!!

Just moved in, so far such a great experience with the leasing office and their service. They were very friendly and welcoming. I mentioned a maintenance request and they came and fixed it within 10 minutes of asking! Looking forward to living here.

Everyone has been very helpful. Our home is very nice. I am enjoying the balcony, the bath tub is lovely. My favorite part is the size of the kitchen.

I have enjoyed living at Brixley the past few months. The community and property are well maintained and the Brixley have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I initially moved into a 1 bedroom as the 2 bedroom I had initially wanted was unavailable. I was able to transfer into the 2 bedroom 2 months later. Laura, Brandon and Josh were extremely helpful and made the transition into the new unit very easy and quick. The maintenance team is also very helpful and quick to respond to any issues or problems that arise. If you're looking for an awesome community with amazing amenities then this should be your new home!

Love living here! Put 4 stars because of the horrible way they set up the mail room to deliver packages for us… it needs to be organized a different way or alphabetically which would be so easy to do. I have such a hard time receiving packages from literally any company :/

Everything has been great, brand new apartment when we moved in. No issues, everyone is friendly and quiet. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Construction is on-going with more apartments, stores and restaurants, therefore, traffic will be increasing.

Six months in and loving it here! Seriously, this place is awesome. Best decision we ever made. Everything we need is close by, and the people are so friendly. Couldn't be happier!
