I have NEVER had any maintenance issues that were not addressed. The office staff is amazing. The property is well managed and maintained. No issues here!

The property is poorly managed. There have been 5 managers in the past 3 years. The emergency maintenance only come during office hours. I got locked inside my apartment with my one-year old and the maintenance personnel did not come until the next morning because he did not take it serious which it is a fire hazard. I was late for work, and when contacted the manager and regional manager no one cared enough to return the call. The apartment is expensive to only come with 4 walls and a pool; no extra amenities. They’ve removed the drop boxes which makes it harder for those who work during office hours to get paperwork or pay rent. Residents should not have to pay a online fee of $12 to pay rent when they could have dropped off a $0.70 money order in the drop box all because of a corporate decision. No one cares about the residents as long as the rent gets paid. This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience! Sometimes it does take a little while for an office to find the right staff. The current office staff has been at the property for over a year and we are trying to make sure things run smoothly! Our maintenance staff has a 24 hour emergency on call phone and we are sorry if things were not handled properly. Can you tell us when this happened so we can research it further? We do not have a drop box anymore, but we do offer payments in the office during business hours and online 24 hours per day! Thank you for providing feedback on the ways we can improve! I've been living here a little over 1 year now, and I really don't have any complaints. The staff is very nice and have quickly addressed any issues that arose with my apartment. The floor plan is nice and the size of each room is good.
Too bad you guys don’t have pictures of the fires that has occurred there in the last couple of years. Please make sure you have renters insurance because this company could care less about the residents only the rent matters here.
They have a lot of brown spiders for the rent you pay. I recommend you go to another apartment complex its worth it please whatever you do DONT MOVE here at all. There are two young ladies that work here and they are really nice but the apartment itself is not what you want trust me.
It's nearly impossible to get them to come fix anything that's wrong. We've had to request things three of four times before it's actually fixed. Management keeps changing so the rules change constantly (i.e. Our direct tv dish placement was approved, then new management came in and ruled everyone's dishes were not compliant so we all had to pay direct tv to get them moved) and they're clueless when it comes to anything. They don't clean the outside of the buildings so they always look run down and trashy. Walls in the bathrooms are exceptionally thin so you can hear EVERYTHING private your neighbor does in theirs. No place for kids to run around and play besides the parking lot and people speed through it like crazy.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience at Brittany Place! It is very important to our management staff as well as our maintenance team that all work orders as soon as possible, so if you have something specific that has not been fixed please contact the office as soon as possible and I will be happy to send them over. I am not sure exactly what happened with the Satellite dish, however, I do know the satellite dish addendum that everyone signs at move in is very specific about where dishes can and can not be placed. We simply enforce the rules as outlined in the lease but I will be happy to look into this for you as well just give me a call. And yes, unfortunately Brittany Place does not currently have a playground but we do have plenty of open grassy areas that children can play in addition to beautiful parks and playgrounds open to the public located here in Rock Hill. Pressure washing is scheduled to start in May to remove any dirt that may have accumulated over the winter but if you have a specific area of concern please let us know. I moved down to here from Ma. I looked at a few Apts here . What sold me on this apt is the rent was the same as other places. But on the average it's 150sqft larger than most for a one br . It's a clan quite place . With pool ( pool could be a bit larger ) The staff here is very helpful and good people. Overall a good place to live .
