Great apartments in excellent area! Bristol Village has several spacious floor plans that are very appealing. There are miles of walking and biking trails located directly across the street. The staff are courteous and professional and it's a quick drive to any area in Bloomington. I would highly recommend living here!
The new management at Hegenes Properties is exceptional! They respond quickly, complete projects efficiently, and manage operations with true professionalism. The way they value their residents is unmatched. In less than a month of taking ownership, they’ve already resolved major issues that had been ongoing, greatly improving the living experience for everyone. The maintenance crew here is absolutely awesome, they’re quick to respond, professional, and always do a great job whenever something needs attention. It’s such a relief knowing any issue gets handled right away! The community itself is beautiful and well kept. I love spending time at the pool during the summer and the gym is super convenient too clean, well equipped, and never too crowded. The neighbors are friendly, and it really feels like a welcoming little community tucked away in a peaceful part of Bloomington. Between the great amenities, responsive staff, and quiet setting, Bristol Village is definitely a 5-star experience!

This has always been a beautiful property. It had some management difficulties in the past but the new Hegenes Management team is top notch and will greatly enhance the quality of life there.

This place is one of the best kept secrets and love that its across the street from Hyland Hills park reserve. Great walking, biking, hiking, camping, boating, and playgrounds. New management as of November 2025 to correct the things that the property was struggling with before that.
Ownership changed hands recently. There are lot of happy employees on the property now. Really like the maintenance improvements and cleanliness.
What a tremendous new management company taking over Bristol Village Townhomes! This team will breathe new life into the facilities and prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend moving into these townhomes and partnering with the management to experience great positive changes—the very best days are ahead for renters!
The new management that took over recently have done an absolute great job. The past management did not do well at prioritizing residents and making sure they are taken care of but Hegenes Properties has done a great job since the transition. They have already taken down multiple dead trees onsite, enhancing the quality of life for all residents. In the first week of the transition, they pulled all of their Maintenance Techs in the area to go out and check each unit and fix all major issues. Joe, Priscila, and Garrett have been absolutely great and with them it has already been a huge improvement for all residents. I highly recommend living here.
