Bristol Park

This is a really good appt complex. Our neighbors are friendly yet they keep to themselves. This is a good thing for me. The front office responds to our requests and maintenance is quick with repairs. We also have nice monthly activities that we’re able to have input with. This gives us a sense of ownership. We really love it here.

I love Bristol Park Apartments! I have lived here for 2 years and it is such a quiet and respectful community. The management is amazing and the neighbors are very considerate! I don't have a bad thing to say ??

Bristol Park is my hidden Gem. it is pushed back several yards from the street so it is very easy to pass it and not know that you've pass the apartments. The grounds are always kept nice. I've been here for almost 2yrs and I still love being here. I feel safe living here the parking area is very well lit as well as the walkway to the apartments. Rachel- The office manager is very nice. She has always made me feel welcomed calling or coming by to discuss my question or concern and if it is something she needs to address she's on it. Jamie-The Maintenance he's a crew of maintenance men all in one. I've never had to wait forever and a day to get my issue fixed. He's Awesome!!! There's a 24hr gym at the front office as well as the Beautiful Pool. BBQ stations are available to you to prepare your Burgers, Hotdogs or whatever the family would like while taking a dip in the pool. I made no mistake signing a lease here. I love my Hidden Gem!

Bristol Park is amazing! Laura and Jamie are the dream team that you want working for you. I have never felt more welcomed or taken care of by a management team in my life. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious, the community is quiet, gated, and CLEAN. You will not regret choosing Bristol Park for your next home!

Laura went out of her way to ensure my move in was easy as possible! The apartment complex is nice and the maintenance is great. Did not have any issues with the application process or any thus far!

Just moved in with my sister and nephew this weekend and we love it already. Friendly neighbors and Laura has really been helpful throughout the process even before we moved in. Got a couple of hiccups that need to be fixed up, but I know those will be done in no time. So happy to be here!

I have been living at Bristol Park for almost three years now and I absolutely love it. Laura our property manager is awesome. I am handicapped and she is always willing to help me when I need it. The apartments are modern and I love my garden tub! Maintenance is top notch and my neighbors are nice which is always a plus! You will not be disappointed if you move here.

I have been here for 6 years and the staff have been great. I wish there was a clubhouse and a larger play area but otherwise I’ve enjoyed living in the community

We moved here about 4 months ago and love it. The process of moving in was easy. Laura was super helpful in helping us with the process. Any issues we have had have been dealt with in a timely manner. You can tell Laura really cares about making you feel happy and comfortable in your home. They have little events at the clubhouse and it’s an overall quiet and safe area. We love living here. I was nervous about moving to fayetteville but this complex is nice and secluded.

The complex is quiet, the staff is professional! Maintenance man is always on point and is almost immediate to your needs. Everyone holds a conversation and the grounds are clean! Def recommend!

The community at Bristol Park is very clean, affordable and safe. Every two weeks within the month, there is always landscape crews cleaning the grounds, cutting the grass, doing the hedges, power washing the buildings. Now that's good to have helpful maintenance crews who are friendly and helpful and truly care about the community surroundings. I highly recommend Bristol Park to be your next home. Bristal park is one of the best luxury complex I have been too. Bristal park was my first apartment complex to apply too. Because of the fact that Bristal park is nice,clean,and pet friendly and had a pretty nice size park for the kids. And contains a large dog park.

Mrs. Laura and the maintenance staff are truly the absolute best. My experience with Ms. Laura was truly unbelievable. I was a storm victim and needed to be out of my home in order for repairs to begin. My home was labeled as a critical repair and needed to be completely gutted. Ms. Laura went above and beyond to help me get into the last three bedroom apartment that was available. She showed so much compassion and concern regarding my situation and did not stop until I was situated and settled into my apartment. I have never experienced this level of compassion and professionalism in my whole entire life. Ms. Laura is truly living out her purpose in life and it is amazing to see. She is consistent, fair, respectful as well as genuine. It is rare to come across people like her and I for one am extremely glad I met her. Ms. Laura's manager as well as the owner of the property went above and beyond for my family and I am forever grateful. Acts of kindness like this should always be remembered, shared and passed on.

Great place to live. Apartments are really nice and updated. The property manager is friendly and always willing to help even when office is closed . Once we have a minor maintenance issues on a Sunday night and the maintenance crew responded super fast and fixed it right away, did I mentioned it was a Sunday night? In conclusion we love it here. ??

If you’re looking for the perfect apartment look no further. Everyone is very friendly along with Laura the property manager who welcomed my spouse and I with open arms. Jamie, the maintenance tech, does an awesome job completing work orders within a day and the apartment itself is very spacious with the granite kitchen counters, walk in closets, and plenty of cabinet space. Great neighbors, lots of parking spaces, dog park and it’s close to the new 295 extension highway. I can also get coffee in the morning omw to work and it’s free! Aha. Highly recommend

Peaceful place to unwind, spacious, quick maintenance, and accommodating management.

My husband and I moved in after a bad experience with our previous complex ... . Not only are we SAVING $200 a month in rent but we gained an extra bedroom and have office staff that actually reply to emails and calls promptly! Don't always think costing more means better! We always are greeted by name with a smile here, our concerns are addressed, our ideas are heard and our home feels like HOME!!

This property is always clean! Its quiet and the management here is excellent!

I have been a resident at Bristol Park for the past 8 months. Everything about this place makes you feel right at home. I was sad to see the original Wellington leasing office manager depart, however the new one is just as thoughtful, sweet, caring and prompt as much as possible. The maintenance gentleman is just as personable and gets to your issues right away. If there is ever an issue that they cannot get to right away, they contact someone who can, which makes it even better because you know they care.

Love living at Bristol Park. The property manager and maintenance dept. work very hard to keep this a safe, well maintained community.

My Experience with Bristol Park; This is my second time living here in the development the first time I lived here it was not Hawthorne It was new and very nice then I moved away and came back it was not the same and had went down, the property manager was no very personable she didn’t me or my name even though I went in the office twice a month or more. Since Hawthorne as taken over, I can see a difference already. The new property manager here is very different comfortable for me to t she’s very personable and she remembers your name and face. She always greets you with a big smile, she listens and she’s always willing to help. I also like the idea that they are now setting up Community meeting and working to see if any of the tenants need anything which was not done before Hawthorne came abord. I thought about leaving and going to another property but the property manager here gave me so many options that I decided to stay not for just 6 months but a whole year. She broke it down in all different type of ways that would make it comfortable for me to stay. She even offered incentives for me to stay which is a plus. Amazing apartment community! The apartments have beautiful granite countertops and hardwood style flooring in the entry way. The floorplans are very spacious and have upgraded appliances and light fixtures. It is only about 25 minutes to get on post and about 15 to 20 to get to Cross Creek Mall area. Sheena, the community manager always takes care of each and every resident and does a wonderful job making sure they feel as though their questions/comments/concerns are being heard. The maintenance supervisor has a really positive attitude and is always very quick to respond to any maintenance request.

Perfect place for family living. Great neighbors, and kids of all ages. Management always has something great going on for the tenants, such as cookouts, movie night and giveaways. I love it here. I am in the middle of everything and don't have to worry about hearing it all.
