I honestly love loving here. The location is great, the apartment is updated & clean. My neighbors are quiet & nice as well. The complex is has some cool amenities as well. The only thing I would add is a play ground for the families with young children.
The apartments are expensive for basic amenities. The longer you stay the more you pay.
Incredible and helpful management! Prompt and exceptional maintenance! Best place I’ve ever lived!

Bristol Grapevine is in a great location and a great place to have a pet. There is a lot of greenspace to walk your dog and they also have a small dog park for your dog to run around.
Amazing management/office staff. The maintenance staff is great. The community is very well maintained. I love it here.
Bristol grapevine is a great place to live, they are very clean and they make sure that there tenants are taken care of. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is up to your standards not just with moving in but also throughout your duration of living in there complex.
Excellent location and surroundings. Access to every kind of restaurant and grocery store within 5 minutes. Price compared to amenities is a good value.
I relocated from the Midwest and was very nervous about making such a big move blindly. The team was so helpful and welcoming that those nerves quickly went away. The move in process was a breeze. My keys and paperwork were ready and waiting for my arrival. The leasing office is very prompt and efficient with their responses. Im so happy with my decision.

This is wonderful community to live in. Management is highly professional and very responsive. I am going on my 4th year here and it has been most enjoyable. Kristen, manager, and Ashley and Dustin are caring and are always open to visit with me. Bristol, like any large complex have some issues from time to time, but management always responds. I would highly recommend Bristol Grapevine to anyone.
Ashley assistant manager made the move in process very helpful and straight forward. Everyone was very accommodating and great to work with.

Bristol apartment is good, comfortable place to stay. Room is clean, service is good, and price is fair. It is close to school, shopping place, downtown, and fire station. It is safe and convenient.
Bristol Grapevine is a great place to live. We love our location and it is for the most part a quiet place, we have great neighbors who watch out for each other and any issues are addressed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Bristol and have many times to friends and family.
Have been here for four years, we have wonderful neighbors, but in last year community has deteriorated significantly. Kristen, manager, is very compassionate, but when people don't follow the lease restrictions, nothing ever happens. Drugs are a problem, Bristol has the reputation of being drug central. No action to deal with it. Cars on Friday and Saturday nights, come and go at all hours of the late night.
The ladies in the Leasing center are awesome and helpful. Very friendly and understanding.
I have lived at Bristol over 5 years. Its quiet but neighborly. They dont tolerate any upheaval of our peaceful enjoyment of our apartment homes. Maintenance is excellent. I have never seen a bug in my apartment and I have lived in 2 units. Office staff is friendly and easy to work with. Any concerns I have ever had are dealt with promptly.
If you like cigarettes coming through your vents and stopped up tubs with floor stomping neighbors this place is for you. Not to mention all the trash all down the hill to look at off tour patio since the trash guys miss your trash daily and the coyotes pull it down the hill.
Great staff, apartment is beautiful, neighbors are so nice. Quiet community and close to everything you need. So far Bristol looks like a great community to live at.
Leasing office staff and maintenance are very friendly and nice. I absolutely love the setup of my apartment and that it is the only apartment that offers vinyl floors throughout the entire apartment. Washer and dryers are huge for a one bedroom. Havent seen any roaches thank god.
Parking is non-existent. I just moved in and had to park my LOADED car at the other end of the complex. I would love to pay for a reserved carport, but Im not getting a response from the front office. Ive been here less than a week and so far not really loving it here.
Diamond is so welcoming and professional... the apartments are super quiet and really nice
This apartment complex isnt the best. They have roaches in certain units. The complex doesnt look nice. The gym is still closed. They say its for COVID purposes but the pool is open so that logic doesnt make sense to me. The gym is most likely still closed because the equipment is outdated and faulty like a lot of the other amenities in this complex.

All requests have been prompt except AC. The bugs are out of control.
I've been living here for approximately 5 years. Through that time there have been many individuals in that office. Ashley is absolutely amazing. She takes time to listen to problems and contacting the proper maintenance as soon as possible. She takes the time to help you understand the paperwork that you are signing. She follows up with every concern that I've had. She shows real empathy to the problem and will sit there and work things out with you until its resolved. My praise and respect do not come easily, but she and Bristol Grapevine have earned it from me.

Community is good. Facilities are also nice. Grounds are well kept. Management is responsive. Overall satisfaction is high.
I called 10 million times before move in to get everything correct and situated, and Ismarie was very nice and helpful the whole way through.
It’s a beautiful neighborhood. Great schools and diverse residents. The staff is just awesome. The maintenance has been great with us. I’ve lived here for 5 years now and it’s been great. Such a blessing to be here .
Do not rent here. Liars and cheats run this complex and is the worst apartment complex I have lived in to date.
I love the area, love the district, love my neighbours however, the maintenance is less than desirable.

Rent is priced fairly for condition of the apartment complex. Grounds are kept trimmed and cleaned. Staff are kind when you ask for help. Maintenance responds quickly. It is comftorable to live here.
Overall terrible customer service and no in-house equipment support (washers and dryers)
Roach infested and pet control is horrible
