There is a lot of vandalism and the housekeeping in the common areas is not always the best. I blame a lot of this on the fellow tenants.
I would definitely recommend this apartment community. It was peaceful , had great neighbors and beautiful view
The community is very friendly and has events that bring everyone together. The office & maintenance staff are wonderful people who always have smiling faces. The only disappointment is the vandalism in the community that is no fault of the staff. The vandalism has prevented us from being able to play pool, which we love to play. Wish the vandals could be caught on camera and prosecuted.
Obviously it is slightly inconvenient for us to have to replace our own water filter on our own dime and that it is something not covered by our management company. Our Maintenance Team at Briley has always been super helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, so I would recommend Briley to others in the area, however, we already pay so much out of pocket to reside here that it seems silly that a water filter for a fridge would not be covered by the landlord/management company.
Very disappointed with the way staff speaks to residents. They are very unprofessional, poor communication, and passive aggressive when you have a complaint. Over all the staff is unproductive and disrespectful. The area is not safe. Car break-ins, ongoing vandalism, and suspicious activity is pretty common in this area and management doesn't seem to be at all concerned.

Do not consider this apartment complex unless you enjoy paying extremely high rent in exchange for broken car windows, vehicle theft, the constant smell of marijuana through the entire complex, unable to access buildings due to technology failure, and faulty fire alarms. We have lived here for a few months (first residents) and had to complain for 5 months until a damaged window was fixed. In addition, we have been awoken in the middle of the night by faulty fire alarms and complained several times, with management not even caring about complaints or safety issues. When inquiring about support over whether this situation will be fixed they simply say "new construction, this can happen occasionally" Well occasionally is once or twice not six times, in a handful of months. If it goes off constantly when there isn't a fire what will happen when there is? Will the residents be told "new construction, fires happen?" Not worth the time, money, or hassle. Horrified by this complex and their low standards.

Would recommend as the folks in the leasing office were great. However the construction is poor. I could hear my upstairs neighbors doing everything and I mean EVERYTHING.
Our move-in day expectations were not met and neither has our service about getting information about our door.
The maintenance staff are so quick to assist and correct. The building Manager and her staff are very courteous and responsive
