Apartments in this complex are individually owned. Some units appear to be much nicer than others. Very affordable rent. Conveniently located. Friendly neighbors for the most part. Grounds are well kept. No major complaints. Nothing too exciting about the units, but it is a good place to live if you are on a budget.
