Everyone that works here are the best! From the office staff, who make living here fun and enjoyable, to the maintenance department who are on top of things! Anytime you need something answered or something fixed they have answered you within 24 hours but most times within hours of your request. I have resided here for eight years. There are two ideas I have to improve my stay. First I would like to see a monthly newsletter. Second would be a community center to be rented for family gathering. Office staff and maintenance personnel are top notch.

From the office staff to the maintenance department, we have a top notch group of individuals working for the tenants to have a great experience while living here! They have a pool party every summer, they have give aways, we have food drives, if they find a lost pet they keep it until the owners are found, the maintenance department answer request within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day! Maintenance is awesome, area is clean . Office staff is very friendly. With so many convenient places around the location is idea .only reason for a 4 star is cars that can sit for 6 months or longer in same spot not being addressed. Cars are broken down or damaged just sitting. Not being towed .

Had a maintenance request expertly handled earlier today! I was so impressed with how spot on the work was carefully done to replace my door's weather stripping. Love the staff and the community is very peaceful. Just a lot of dog poop everywhere they should start doing the Poo Prints. If I don’t renew it would most likely be because of that.

Started off kinda rough with the AC not working right, but that quickly turned around thanks to the facility maintenance staff. Since then have had 0 issues throughout my first month.

Overall okay experience. Some issues with management at times. Love maintence team. Nice grounds. Dog poop everywhere is always a huge issue but there isn’t much they can do.

We moved from bayside because the management and neighborhood was awful. Maintenance was 4 months behind, and rent became outrageous in relation to value offered. So far we love it here. Maintenance showed up 20 min after call was made. Neighborhood seems relaxed. Beautiful ponds and quiet outside. Management in the office have been super friendly and helpful. Completely different world that we moved from even though its 2 minutes down the street. Love it!

I've been here a few years and it's fairly calm and quiet. There had been some issues in the past with response time regarding a personal incident, though that might've been contributed to the new staffing at the time so I'll give them grace. I'm not a fan of collective punishment though and management seems to love that, following 2 incidents where the gym had the free weights stolen. Honestly, with the amount of rent we all pay, you can afford to replace the weights so do so. Or discount me for the inconvenience since Im paying for the "amenities" that I don't actually have. There are better ways to solve the issue. There's risk in business and the customer shouldn't be held accountable.

I have lived at Bridgestone for over 5 years and I am happy to say I really love living here. From the office staff to maintenance, everyone is so nice and welcoming and I feel safe, even at midnight walking my dog. Highly recommend checking out Bridgestone Apartments.

Close to I70 and 270, clean community, nice amenities, staff is very friendly and addresses questions promptly. Rent is fair considering the market also.

Maintenance is awesome, quite community.i been here for about 2 half years and no major problems. I only one thing from getting a 5 star rating is parking. Car’s that been parked for 6 months or longer haven’t moved and nothing being done .

It’s a nice resident and safety I love the lakes , ducks and everything I just love to add more things in Gym Maintenance staff are friendly and request are handled in a timely manner.

Bridgestone is the best apartment complex! The staff are friendly, the units are well taken care of and the leasing office plans lots of fun events. I would recommend Bridgestone to anyone looking for an affordable apartment near Hilliard.

Wonderful place to live. The view. Here is spectacular. Location is great. We’re so close to the dog park. we couldn’t be happier. The maintenance team does wonderful, keeping up with the yardwork and in the inside of the apartment. Thank you for providing us for a home.

Awesome place. Love it here. Maintenance crew is awesome whenever you need anything. They're very quick. Love the pool and grills. Very close to everything you need, including a very nice dog park.
