Been living here for 2 years. Have had multiple maintenance issues that have gone unresolved (including water leaks, mold, and roaches). Been trying to resolve issues myself this past year as maintenance frequently marks my work orders as complete without actually addressing anything. The property is great about adding paint/covering up/"renovating"/dressing up the complex to make it "look pretty" but the interiors are actually largely neglected and overpriced. Office staff is half asleep and apathetic. Would not recommend.

We're so glad that you're pleased with our office staff's friendly assistance and your quality new apartment.
The location was just what I was looking for near all the places I regularly shop and my new job when I moved here 2yrs ago. So that was a plus for me the complex is clean and well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the negative is when it's time to renew my lease it is always more than I feel my apartment is worth but moving isn't my favorite thing to do.
I lived here once before and loved it so much I recently came back. It's central to everything I need to get to.
Deerrun is located where N. Dallas meets Carrollton meets Addison so it is very centrally located, about 20 minutes from downtown/uptown. Pools are always clean and management is very accountable
