Wow the scenery and the vibes at bridge are truly top tier.. had the pleasure of meeting Saketa at the door .. her smile is infectious Hopefully looking forward to renting soon.. first impression is everything and I was not disappointed

The management team at the Bridge is top notch. They care first and foremost about the safety and comfort of their residents, while also fostering a great sense of community. The amenities are the best in the city. . . with views of both the waterfront and Center City from the open spaces on the fifth floor and roof deck. The full gym, complimentary coffee, and gas grills really set the Bridge apart. The neighborhood has all you could need or want, but is still safe and quiet. And the location is key. . . situated on 2nd and Race convenient to both I95 and public transportation. I’ve been here a few years and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. Brian Webster

My husband and I moved here in March and we couldn’t love the building and location more! Within walking distance is cherry st pier, the walking/bike trail along the water, fringe’s beer garden, a great produce store, a small dog park, & several great restaurants. There’s also an indego bike rack right outside, a train stop a few blocks away, and a good amount of street parking (with Philly resident pass). The neighborhood has a nice feel to it—much calmer than center city but still nearby everything you need. It’s pretty safe, with the exception of a few stragglers, and the building is locked at all times. As for the building, we absolutely love the two roof options—one with private cabanas for gatherings and another on the fifth floor with beautiful gardens and several grill/picnic table areas. There’s also a gym and a work room that’s got a great view of the bridge. The apartments have big windows with lots of light, high ceilings, and come with all modern appliances. The elevators are quick (which can be a huge problem if you’ve ever experienced it). Also, we love that it’s dog friendly as we have two large dogs. Would definitely recommend living here!

I've lived here now for a number of years and find the building to be perfectly located in an area accessible to some great bars and restaurants but still secluded and "tucked away" enough to provide a more intimate and private experience to residents. Great support staff from the front desk concierges all the way up to the property management team - very responsive and helpful and (most importantly) available when you need assistance. Amenity spaces are especially nice and the outdoor areas provide unique spaces to relax or hold events in the spring, summer, and fall months. Definitely recommend.

Building location is bad. There were break ins at the complex. The thermostats have a mind of their own. It is VERY difficult to bring groceries or anything up, since they block off all parking near the building. Finishes of the apartment are not worth the asking price.

Have to acknowledge the management and staff. Extremely helpful and pleasant. It is definitely 5-star experience! From the cleaning service to the maintenance and the concierges, and lastly the management. Living at Bridge has been an awesome experience and we are glad we chose the right place to live.

The maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. Work requests are addressed in a timely manner and the quality of work completed is well above average.

Very efficient layout with a bank of 3 elevators resulting in little wait times and ease of access to unit. This was especially critical during the height of the pandemic. Responsive and friendly management team and excellent maintenance personnel. From the 10th floor in the north west corner of the building my view of the city skyline and Delaware river is magnificent.

Excellent staff and management of this very modern and efficient building. Friendly tenants and amazing balcony, gym, and rooftop amenities. Great area and easy access to major highways and city workplaces. Id highly recommend the bridge!

Bridge on Race is a wonderful community to live with incredible staff. I really enjoy living here, from the design, to the outdoor spaces, to the gym and more. This building really has it all. In an ideal location in Old City, I can easily get to many places in the area. The Bridge on Race also has a wonderful team who are so kind and friendly which makes the experience even better! -Amy

Bridge is a luxury apartment community with great staff. Bridge staff go out their way to ensure all residents are safe and comfortable. Also energy efficient appliances make utility bills very affordable!

Hi there- I’ve been living at Bridge on Race just shy of three years and the staff continue to deliver every time. Today, for example, my smoke detectors were chirping and scaring my cat! I left a service request via the resident portal but also stopped at the front desk on my out to run an errand. Kevin, the maintenance manager, was there and said he gladly come up and have them both fixed in 5 minutes. Sure enough, when I returned from my errand everything was back to normal. If you’re looking for modern, cute apartments in Center City with a fantastic staff- look no further than the Bridge on Race! Thanks again Kevin!

Bridge on Race is a great apartment community and the entire team is super courteous, remembers your name, and they also offer a lot of community events and other good touchpoints throughout the year.

The view is outstanding. I wake up every morning and marvel at the water and the view. It makes me extremely happy.

Bridge on Race made the move in experience easy and quick! Best location in the city in a building with great amenities, making life on the go easy and fun!

Just moved in last week, and it has been great so far! Tammy was wonderful and flexible throughout the leasing/move-in experience. What has blown me away is how nice everyone who works here is and willing to go the extra mile - from the front desk personnel to the maintenance personnel. Bridge is so close to everything and I love being able to walk outside and so many options for food. The apartment itself has stunning views of the bridge and waterfront. The amenities floor is great and has ample space and everything you may need.

I feel GREAT living at Bridge! The FRESH air pumped into the building, the concrete ceilings, the CLEAN lines of my apartment home. A real sense of community, neighbors who are friendly yet RESPECTFUL. Staff that has a friendly, CAN-DO attitude. I have lived in 10 buildings in the city and by far, Bridge is the real deal, a REAL CLASS act!

In the last three years Ive lived around the world in many different cities in apartment buildings. Bridge on Race hands-down provide the best living spaces and services of any place Ive lived. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the professionalism of the manager and maintenance staff, and particularly the views of the city are spectacular. We are so happy to be living in the city, in a green LEED building With access to culture and history. Philadelphia provides us with opportunities to meet new people and Attend lots of fun events. Bridge on Race always keeps us in the loop of new things coming to the city and also provides great community building events. We are really grateful to all of the staff at Bridge on Race.
