Cortland southpark meadows are the best apartments I’ve lived in so far. From the costumer service, to the location and the quality of these apartments, you can’t go wrong. My family and I have only been staying at Cortland for a few days, but our stay has been nothing short of wonderful! The staff has been infinitely kind and patient with us, answering each and every single one of our questions with a smile and making the whole moving process a breeze; shout-out to everyone at the leasing office! Seldom do you find such pleasant customer service. The prices are, to be honest, insane for a location as convenient as this one, especially for those of us who don't drive: you get easy access to Downtown and the best of South Austin through public transport or rideshare apps (I can only imagine how good it must be if you have a car!), while also being a few, walkable blocks away from the Southpark Meadows shopping center (where you can find places such as Walmart, HEB, Target, Walgreens, Whataburger, and many more), all for an extremely affordable amount of rent. Not to mention, the apartments come ready with high-quality amenities in top-notch condition and spacious rooms that allow one to live comfortably. The community is quiet, friendly, and respectful of the rules agreed upon in the lease contract, and the complex itself is clean, cozy, and offers everything one might need to enjoy everyday life. I invite you to look at the pictures on Google and Cortland's website: everything is as nice as it seems. Overall, if you're looking for a cozy place to live, with affordable rent, and in a convenient location to enjoy everything Austin has to offer, you won't find anything better than Cortland Southpark Meadows.

I've been living here more than three years now. The customer service is great, clear, and so kind. It's a great location because you're close enough to the fun of south Austin and downtown without having to live in the middle of it. They are very mindful of keeping a clean community and keeping up the appearance. Anytime I come into the office, I'm greeted kindly and helped as best they can. The amenities are what you need, a nice pool on a hot day (my friends love joining me and love the tropical vibes) and a gym that has working machines and lots of weights. I never have to wait too long for maintenance, and they're very communicative when there may be a delay. The community is very quiet. I've truly enjoyed my time here, which is why I've stayed for as long as I have. It's hard to think of living elsewhere honestly!

I love this apartment complex, the maintenance men were very helpful always and quickly responded to a problem of mine. The apartment complex was clean (occasionally the trash wouldn't be picked up but that's due to the trash company). The location is close to I-35 and about 20 minutes form downtown so its great to be away from the busyness. And it is right between congress and 1st so there is so much going on on those two streets. I enjoyed how new the interior of my unit was. New appliances and light fixtures. I have not had any problems with bugs in my apartment, big PLUS! Loved the apartment complex and all the employees, very sweet to me. Highly recommend

We have enjoyed living at this Cortland community and love the friendliness and quality of customer service from the staff in the office as well as the timeliness and efficiency of their maintenance team. The location of the apartments is very convenient and close to many shopping centers, the grocery store, and I35. The cleanliness and appearance of the office, clubhouse, pool area, gym, and our view outside our patio is always well maintained. We have enjoyed the amenities the community has to offer and absolutely love the free Starbucks coffee! They also have food trucks come in the evening every now and then and also host a lot of fun events for residents—who doesn’t love free food and drinks!

Cortland Southpark Meadows has done a great job at creating a comfortable living environment for its residents. Viridiana & Diana are both so helpful in the leasing office as well, easing any stress that may occur. Great apartments overall!

Cortland Southpark Meadows is in a great area, close to IH35, HEB, parks, and retail. Since I moved here in December 2022, I have truly felt welcome. The office staff and the maintenance guys do a great job. The gym, pool, and all areas are always in excellent condition. It is a worthwhile place to live.

Moved in in October, since then the team has been amazing with repairs and questions about the community, shoutout Diana! Community is in a great area, close to police station and good parks, and has easy access to both 35 and other ways of getting around if traffic is bad!

Nice apartment community. Neighbors friendly, quiet. Office staff and maintenance staff are personable and you don't have to ask but once and whatever you need is taken care of.

Maintenance is the best thing will help you with anything you need !! Guys are awesome!! But so sad to say there hands are tied cause cortland only buys and let’s then use cheapest products to fix your problems ! Which makes there job lot harder and leaves them to deal with angry tenants!!

I really cant rave about this place enough. Ive lived in apartments before and they dont come close to Cortland. Highly recommend!

Courtland Southpark Meadows is a quiet haven in the middle of a bustling busy area close to shopping and restaurants galore. The excellent management staff is on top of all your needs and keeps this place in tip top shape. Highly Recommend this one!!

We love living at Cortland Southpark Meadows. The on-site staff (management, leasing, and maintenance staff) are extremely responsive. The pool and gym are awesome. I feel like Im living in a resort hotel.

This complex used to be very nice and welcoming. The on cite staff would even bring you packages on their days off and consistently work to make your stay greater. Since the complex has been bough by this company, they changed the carpet, light fixtures, and counter tops, made everyone move, and then increased the cost to live here by around 20%. Now you are lucky to get a call back from the front office or maintenance to fix items inside your apartment. The new light fixtures light bulbs go out with in 4 months of use, the gates never work or are constantly open, there are no security cameras, cheap labor on inside appliances and work done is easily seen and coming apart with in a year of remodeling.
