Property Ratings at Brickstone
It's a lovely building that accepts pets in a great location.
Noise is everywhere depending where your located in the apartment. It's still an overall beautiful location and great apartment to live. It just got too expansive every time rent went up or when there was renovation.
Only downside is lack of central air
Would recommend because of the location, convenience to all necessities and cleanliness.
Management team is very friendly and professional. Maintenance team is also very quick and efficient.
We have loved our experience at Brickstone. The apartment is spacious, location is wonderful and close to trails and restaurants, and a lovely view of the pond across the street. Brickstone has been a great place to call home!
