With accolades that include America's Prettiest Painted Places, America's Most Picturesque Small Town, and one of the Best American Towns for Fall Colors, Stillwater is a stunning location -- so much so, that it is often the destination for romantic getaways and wedding photos. But there's more to Stillwater than it's charming, historic downtown with striped awnings and wide sidewalks, fantastic views of the St. Croix River, and hilly vistas that are so picture-worthy you may run out of wall space in your apartment.
Stillwater is part of the Twin Cities area, sitting on the northeast side of St. Paul across the river from Wisconsin. Commuters can reach St. Paul via Highway 36 in less than 20 minutes, and public transit is also available. Minneapolis is just 24 miles southwest of Stillwater. Once mainly a resort area, more and more new residents are discovering that Stillwater is simply too pretty to only visit on weekends.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brick Pond Apartments
I left an email seeking a 1 bedroom or a studio, took a couple days for a reply was asked a preference on witch. In what I was looking for witch either was open first. Asked about ESA and was completely ignored.
The apartment unit itself is very nice. I have had no problems thus far into my lease after about 3 months. The hallways however, smeel like stale cigarette smoke and urine. I would attribute this to some of the residents smoking within their units and the smell affecting the rest of the complex. The carpets and hallways have been steam cleaned multiple times which helps a lot, but until the other residents follow the rules, the smell will not subside. Overall its a pretty nice place to live.
