Property Ratings at Briarwood Village
I like the amenities Briarwood has to offer. They have trash service, free water, and free internet(1gig). I feel like they could do a better job in the laundry faciltiy, keeping up with the machines. I believe with the demand for covered parking, this place could provide it. Overall, it this is a convenient location. This place is close to alot of places I like to eat and shop at.
Briarwood village apartments is a very beautiful apartment complex, the people here are friendly and helpful, the laundry rooms is easy and accessible to use. Our apartment is nice and cozy, its fun to smell mac n cheese next door. its cost effective and the utilizes is is easy to manage and the AC is wonderful, i love and highly recommend Briarwood Village Apartments
This property is always very clean. I alway like how maintenance responds quickly and they always make sure to fix the problem. The staff is always available and its nice to have someone to get ahold of in the office. I would recommend this place to others and I already have.
I moved into Briarwood Village in January 2025, and it’s been a great experience so far. Back in December 2024, on a chilly day, I happened to turn onto Bennett Street while looking for a new apartment and came across this community. The property manager was very welcoming, walked us through the options, and made the whole process easy. My wife and I knew right away that this was where we wanted to live. Since then, we’ve been very happy with our choice. The property is always well maintained—the grounds are clean, the lawn is neatly trimmed, and everything feels cared for. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, we can either submit it online or speak directly with the manager, and it’s always handled quickly. Overall, Briarwood Village has been a wonderful place to call home
This apartment has a great location and the grounds are kept nice. The units are in good condition and there is plenty of place and the price is fair. Maintenance handles any issues timely and effectively. We would also like to add the pool is kept very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
I've had such a great experience living here over the past year. The property is always clean and quiet. Jared and the staff are super friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, stress free home.
I love this place. I miss being in the country but Oak Grove is like a community in itself. I have never met anyone here that is not nice. I love to see the change of the season here with all of the trees. This place has very good walkability and there is a grocery store and usps within walking distance. There is a fantastic buffer around the complex with Kraft being right next door. It's a very unique place!
Since moving to Springfield three years ago I've lived in five different locations. The briarwood village has by far been my favorite. I like the small community feel you get here. I love the size of my apartment and the location. It's so close to both Glenstone and 65 that's it's so easy to get anywhere fast. Any problems that I might've had in my apartment they were quick to fix. I just signed my second lease with them and I look forward to my next year here!
These apartments are in a great location and are affordable. Nice pool area.
At briarwood village we have a pool, basketball court and sand pit and we also have a nice decent laundry room area.The apartments here are nice clean places well taken care of. We pay a decent price for rent which is $535 a month. The community here is quiet the property owners are nice and helpful. We have free internet that comes with the apartments and it's a great place to live.
