Briarcliff Apartments

No good Utility bill too high like monthly$500+ Small room . Maintenance is poor.

I have been reading the reviews and had to add mine.In regards to the staff, I too was looking for an apartment last summer (July 2023)and when I called the woman I spoke with was very rude. I asked if there were age restrictions etc and she spoke to me as if I did something wrong. After that experience, I do not want to live there anyway. Many other apartments. Many other places. You can keep Briarcliff

My husband and I just moved out of these apartments. Diane in the office is the most terrible, rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the misfortune to have to talk to. I am not sure why she is still employed there. I can only imagine her upper management does not care in the least since many have complained about her. After giving her a our new mailbox address she proceeded to badger my husband as to where we were going to be living next refusing to use the address we gave her and being extremely rude to him. We told her that is the only address to give for our new arrangements and we can only hope we receive our mail and security deposit. We have received countless other mail, so we have no idea what her problem is. She is a horrible human being. I would not suggest renting from them.

I have never lived here but while i was searching for apartments I was interested in briarcliff, when I spoke with the property manager to gather information she was incredibly rude. Constantly interrupting me and for some reason was skeptical if i was actually interested. She kept asking if i was there just to take a survey... very strange. She was aggravated and annoyed that I was even talking to her. Definitely dodged a bullet.

I have lived here for over 6 years, and the staff here is outstanding. They are always polite and very accommodating. I feel safe and most of all they allow pets. Thank you to the Briacliff Team!! Keep up the great work!!

We just moved in on may 4th, and we love it here, Diane the property manager is outstanding, very nice person, as a matter of fact they are all nice people, we love living here,it's quite and everyone is very respectful.

WARNING: Do not move into these apartments. Garenteed you will not enjoy your experience with the property manager, Diane, ar clover management. This lady has had me living in fear with all of the random visits where she bangs on the window and door of your apartment demanding that you let her in. I have complained over and over again to clover management and they don't seem to even check their answering machine because I have called multiple times and never had a response in 5 months. Diane even came to my appointment looking for another tenant who had late rent and when I told her to leave she tried to force her way into the apartment yelling that it was her door and she had every right to come in and attempt to collect rent from someone who has nothing to do with my lease. The old man across the street has been writing down the license plate number of my friends and family who come to my place. When I complained about this to Diane she kept calling me "boy" and "little baby" and then asking me why when my friend who I mentioned earlier called her my name came up on the caller ID. I tried to tell her that that had nothing to do with my complaint or lease. She would not address the issues and then hung up on me. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The place is run by a socialist dictator warden who cannot keep her nose out of your business and wants to know more about you then she needs to know. They make up rules you never heard of before and are very intrusive and it's mainly a personal issue by the nut who runs the place. They watch your every move as if it's a prison.

Management is tough to deal with and they have weird rules.

The maagement sucks. The maintenance. Sucks. They want the tenant. To buy storm doors.

Manager is pretty nice and tennants are very friendly. The location of apartment is good. Slow on maintenance work though. Price is to high for rent for those with no rental assistance.

BriarCliff is a good place to settle down. All apartment are single story.. No clomping upstairs! Plenty of parking. (the lots were just resealed ) Apartments are okay in size. very comfortable. Heat and A/C are wall unit ( not central ). They work well.. comfortably got through the worse Buffalo winter in many years.... Basic kitchens with refrigerator, stove, disposal (no dish washers). Decent amount of storage. Apartments also have small attic spaces. Carpeting in living room and bedrooms. Outside is clean and well maintained. Each apartment have a small fenced patio. Pet friendly (2 pet max / $20 per pet additional per month) Maintenance are quick to respond and get the job done quickly. Management are helpful and answered all my questions.

2 bedroom apartment in a nice living community. The 2 bedrooms are good sizes both with a large closet. The second bedroom is big enough and going to be shared between our two girls when the second makes her arrival in October. Nice new carpeting all throughout except the bathroom kitchen and laundry room. There is also a nice sized closet in the hallway for added storage. The full bath which has a tub for showers and baths also has the medicine cabinet as well as a large closet big enough for all bathroom storage as well as other blankets and cleaning supplies. The laundry room is big enough for both a washer and dryer and for EVEN more storage a large crawl space in the ceiling. Kitchen includes all new appliances and plenty of cabinets with counter space. The living room has a vaulted ceiling which is my favorite and a built wall bookshelf all across the back wall which we love. And for added living space we have an outside patio where we can fit a grill and nice table to enjoy dinners outside. Plenty of parking and lighting outside for the nights you get home a little late. Also both maintenance men live on site so work is done in very timely manner

The inside of the apartments are beautiful me an my wife love living here. Our neighbors are quiet no one bothers us. They are animal friendly here which is a big plus. They work with you if your going to be late with rent just have to talk to the office and let them know that's a big thing talking!! Love it

First off if you have any sort of problem maintenence will not fix it in any sort of timely fashion. I have had a bad seal on my front door for about a year and a half now. In the wintertime, the plowers do not do a very good job. Inside everything is very cheap, I have area rugs everywhere yet just from walking on the carpet in socks it looks awful. Plastic trim broken in the corners from the vacuum. Strange layout and landlord is not very friendly with residents. Definately do not recommend for the price point.
