Property Ratings at Briar Ridge Apartments
They charge you a huge deposit just so they can charge you tons of ridiculous things when you move out so you don’t get your deposit back. Then when you ask for explanations they make up some crazy reasons that were never in our lease and you tell them it wasn’t in the LEGAL DOCUMENT they then charged what they said and make up another reason as to why they charge you $200. Plus when we moved in, the apartment was a disgusting mess and it had to be recleaned. Also, their maintenance people are terrible. You put in a request and they claim they did it when no one ever showed up so then you have to send another request and you end up waiting over a week to get anything fixed. Dont waste your money here, you will only regret it!
I walked in to view a 2 bedroom and the customer service or lack of was horrible.
