Avoid at all costs
The roof of the building is compromised (several units have leaks and their fix is to paint over them), they fail to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, FOB entry is broken, I could go on and on. Don’t move here if you can help it.

The building’s ceiling are collapsing
The ceilings in the building are collapsing. There are severe leaks and mold. Very terrible.
