Clean community, good management- always kept up with maintenance. Good to fix anything when needed. Do wish there was more trash bins there and more lighting in dog area.
Super friendly office. Very patient with us on getting us approved and signed with. Signing a 13 month lease on Saturday and could not be more excited

Only giving this a 3 because the people that live above me are SO LOUD all hours of the day and night. I can't hardly stand it and don't have a resolution. I do love the leasing and maintenance staff. I love the amenities. I love that there is a dog park.... just wish it had a small patch of grass.

I live living here. I think the community is very well kept and enjoyable to live in. The people are great and very considerate. If I could have one thing change, it would be to have an optional passcode to get into the buildings. sir would be super useful for it you forget your keys, or to be able to have guests come in if you choose to share it with them. or even an optional to be able to buzz people in would be very nice.

Bravada 193 is a great place to live as single and with family. Beautiful home with swimming pools and a great Gymn. There is a lot of parking for everyone and you don't have to worry about throwing your trash outside. The apartment complex staffs will take care of it for you. I love Bravada 193 apartment, so I bet you will love it as well.

Living at bravada 193 has been very good experience so far. The amenities are great. I wish the pool and hot tub opened a little bit later especially on weekends. But having the smart feature for the door locks and being able to access the air conditioning and lights is great feature.

It's a really great apartment to live in. The amenities are awesome. The neighbors are pretty friendly for the most part. I wish it had a better dog park for the dogs like grass instead of rocks.

The units are spacious and beautiful! The cost of rent compared to other apartments in the area is very competitive and fair. The amenities are amazing!! There’s a heated pool, trash valet service, firepits, and more!! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable! There’s so many perks to living in these apartments, I can’t say enough good about my experience here.

Staff used to be personable and kind, but now they don’t follow up when they say they will, and there’s a 50/50 chance someone has an attitude when we have a request. Inspections seem excessive. We had an annual inspection for the fire alarms but a few weeks later they test the fire alarms again. There was a month span where they entered our apartment 4 times. I work from home with my spouse so when this happens we need to set time out of our day away to ensure our work isn’t interrupted. On top of all of that, this apartment was clearly poorly made. Less than 5 years and there’s cracks in the walls and ceilings. We have an electrical problem that spans the entire building and they refuse to call an electrician.

So far so good after moving in. Place was clean and I have had no issues so far. The amenities are nice and very helpful. So far the only issue has been finding parking but that’s not a huge dealbreaker.

So far, great experience. Angelina was super kind and helpful with my move. I needed to move quickly and she ensured everything was in order for me to make my move on shirt notice. The unit itself is beautiful, super tall ceilings a nearby kid park, pool, gym, mailroom etc. The hallways and common areas are kept in good order with a pleasant smell. Dog owners here have well trained/behaved pets and pick any excrement up promptly.

DO NOT BELEIVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! renters are incentivized with gift cards to post 5 star reviews!!! I Just moved out of Bravada because it was absolutely terrible. The internet went out 3 times in my apartment over weekends and they wouldnt fix it until the next week. The owner had his construction equipment blocking a portion of my garage and I called 8 months straight until they finally offered to let me move garages. They sent me an email to confirm that I would like to switch and the same day they sent it I went to reply to the email and looked out my window to see someone already moving into the garage they offered me so I continued to have a blocked garage. Upon move out, I cleaned and took a video of the entire apartment to show it had no damage beyond wear and tear and barely even wear and tear. They still proceeded to take my entire security deposit and still say I owed money to them due to them having to repaint the apartment which is normal!!! When I called to rectify the situation I was told because I "owed money" they were limited to what they could see. They were unable to provide a written notice or email of explanation of the deductions from the security deposit. I do not recommend renting here unless you got $500+ in your pocket that your just willing to hand over.

Moved into my apartment in October. Love living here. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Especially enjoy the amenities. It's really nice having a locked building and even valet trash pick up. Having a garage is a huge bonus.

Management and assistants are very professional. Their communication was by far the best compared to other apartment management. The office including the apartment grounds are kept cleaned and maintained. Overall we are very satisfied!

Just moved into the community and the whole process to apply and moving in was so easy! The office staff was always quick to respond to any questions I had and were all so helpful. The unit is very spacious and love the tall ceilings. The finishes are also well done, and pretty.

Great apartment in all aspects except one, there’s no grass anywhere for dogs. Even the dog park is full of rocks and hurts my dogs paws really bad

In general, the units meet lofty expectations, but noise from the floor above can be a slight disturbance. The staff and maintenance team deliver outstanding support. Installing additional lighting in the parking lot would boost safety. The snow plowing services are commendable. The amenities are superb, and the year-round pool is a significant advantage.

Great so far. Just moved in. Would appreciate if the parking lot was eventually expanded. And if valet trash operated Fridays too. People seem to mind their own business and things are quiet.

I have loved living here at Bravada 193. The community is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing. (Who doesn't love the hot tub in fall??)
