The area of Northwest Greensboro is made up of a number of fantastic, unique neighborhoods and engaging apartment communities. The area’s vibrant outdoor atmosphere is broken up in spots by conveniently located shopping centers, big-box stores, and a few restaurants along the main thoroughfares. Bur-Mil Park provides 250 acres of pristine land set between the lakes to the north, and there are plenty of bike trails along the shores as well. Commuting to the city takes just a few minutes thanks to the interstates that serve the area.

Property Ratings at Brassfield Park Apartments
Update: if you enjoy paying 15 or more erroneous charges every month, go ahead and sign a lease here. Especially if you enjoy paying for services you aren’t receiving. Do you want to pay more than $25 each and every month, just for the privilege of taking your own trash to the dumpster? You will if you live here. This year they implemented a so-called valet trash service, which only works 5 days/week. Well, you can only use it if you are willing to put the trash in a nasty outdoor trash can until pickup that night, and you are completely ok with bringing that same disgusting can inside your apartment every day. As an RN and intelligent human being, I would NEVER consider it. Uggh! Disgusting! Trash has been in it and who knows what bugs and rodents have been all over it! Service is sorely lacking and you will find the management company does not care! By the way, even if you return their lousy trash can and you can’t use the service, you still have to pay that $15 every month for NOTHING! By the way, the broken pavement in our breezeway has still not been repaired in the last 4 years. We are going for 5 years now! Good luck, but beware! Way Overpriced! Poor Customer Service! I have lived here for over 3 years. The property is lovely overall. The maintenance service is excellent. Maintenance men are prompt, friendly, courteous and do a fantastic job! That is if the office staff remembers to give them a message…Office staff - poor service. Landscaping is lousy. They only keep the areas near the front office looking great. I paid extra for a “premium” location back near the woods. The pavement in the breezeway has been cracked and broken since I moved in. I was told at that time they were going to fix it. The broken, cracked, crumbling pavement is now much larger and much worse. So much for fixing it in the last 3+ years. That area is not attractive. I have been doing my own landscaping around my apartment in the back, every year. They cut the grass, what there is of it, and take a chain saw to the trees once in a blue moon, but they leave a great deal to be desired. This of course is also do to poor management. The area near buildings in the back is really shoddy and they do the bare minimum. Unfortunately the office staff are greatly lacking in customer service skills and efficiency. Previous office staff were really wonderful, but over the past 1-2 years service has rapidly declined and there is no sign of improvement thus far.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Brassfield! Latonya and Cameron were fabulous to work with. I’ll never forget the time my refrigerator went out in the morning. I called the office from work. When I got home that afternoon, I had a new refrigerator already installed with the contents neatly put in the new refrigerator. I highly recommend Brassfield!

I've lived here over 3 months and it just keeps getting better. The staff is so friendly and amazing and the compound is lovely. It's a great place to live with a great view at the back. Say yes to the address ??

I have reported leaking windows 4 times in the year that I have been a resident. Each previous issue, silicone gel was added to the window frames to stop the leak. This time, I was told I would be getting new windows. It has been over 8 weeks. To tell the story fairly, I need to add that the property management company changed about 3 weeks after the issue was reported for the 4th time. The new management company has been in place over 5 weeks and I have yet to receive an update on an estimated timeline and the specific steps being taken to fix this issue. In addition, there is an overall lack of communication with the residents as a theme that I would share about this complex, beyond my window issue.

I have nothing but good to say about Brassfield. We had a beautiful 3rd floor apartment with quiet neighbors. We were only there for 3 months due to work relocation, but would've gladly stayed longer if given the opportunity. Alex and Hilary were always so kind & helpful. The maintenance department (Mike. Zach, & Jim) were top notch. Any type of work order was completed in record time. Thank you Brassfield crew for making this a wonderful experience for us.
So, I ended up with a lousy husband. Lucky for me I have two wonderful kids. My son bought me a sweet little dog named Lucy. My daughter lives in Winston Salem, NC. So..... I moved from the frigid temps of upstate NY to the beautiful city of Greensboro, NC. I love my place here at Brassfield Park. The floorplan is angled so it isn't the same boring squares. The management and maintaineence staff are top notch. The landscaping is beautiful and I am close to everything. So why do I want to move?? I am headed to Punta Gorda, FL , where the weather is more to my liking and I am near to the beaches. I only wish there was a Bell Partners complex there because they have been wonderful to deal with and a pleasure to do business with. This isn't clever, just the truth. I am 61 years old and I am looking forward to being a retired OR nurse. Mary Ellen Strzelecki
