Do Not rely on the service request

I live here for almost 2 years and the service request to fix the apartment is horrible. They put in pending and never get back to you.

Best decision ever!!!!

We moved here about 16 months ago. It was and has been the best decision ever. We came from a luxury garden home but felt it lacked the privacy we now enjoy. No one above us or below makes for a peaceful existence. Park like setting, pet friendly, quiet and serene. Close to everything, even the beach! Great neighbors and a friendly, attentive management staff complete this perfect lifestyle. Not to mention, our apartment is beautiful with loads of space. Don't miss the chance to live here at Brandywyne.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

You'll love living here IF: You enjoy the serenade of barking dogs waking you up at all hours of the morning. You adore the sound of living like you're under Niagara Falls when the idiot neighbors decide to run the outdoor hose all day. You go crazy of the sound/smell of gas powered lawn instruments on any day of the week (including Sundays and Holidays - Thanksgiving (?) NO PROBLEM - they have you covered. Seriously AVOID at all costs. You'll get the same lifestyle quality in a 'lower income' community at 1/2 the price.

Beautiful setting Oldtown feel in a beautiful location ,gas streetlamps beautiful trees close to the ocean.

Simply put “Fabulous”

We moved in several weeks ago and we Couldn’t be happier. The management team Is so accommodating and friendly. Best decision We made!
