This animal friendly community is nestled away from the main road but conveniently located near the intersection of Brandon Avenue and Peters Creek Road in Roanoke City. Brandon Point boasts 19 two-story buildings. There are two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. All apartments have included washer and dryer, dishwasher, range, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Blinds are provided (windows and sliding door). Each apartment also has separate dining room, spacious closets, large living room, patio/balcony and two full baths. Apartments are all electric with ample parking and community amenities (pool, tennis court and basketball court). 24/7 emergency maintenance and local office. We are animal friendly (restrictions and additional fees apply). All buildings, apartments and amenities are SMOKE-FREE except for designated outdoor smoking areas; marijuana is prohibited in all areas. Our leasing office is located at 3807 Brandon Ave SW, Suite 345, in Roanoke.
