Overall was a great experience. Everything looks nice and is priced great. As expected a few things could be improved but nothing crazy.

Other than the lack of cleanliness for other tenants, its a perfect place to live the neighborhood is amazing and I always feel as if my 2 year old and I are safe, and the people across the street are very friendly. The apartment size is perfect and works well for us. The garage is absolutely an added bonus.
