Every apartment comes with a full sized washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a frost free refrigerator with an ice maker, walk in closets, individual patios with storage, warm color schemes, and covered parking upon request. We are pet friendly (but do have restrictions on breeds.) We have a dog run area for our furry residents to run and play! Contact us about breed restrictions.

Located about 65 miles northeast of Downtown Dallas, the rural city of Commerce is perhaps best known as the home of Texas A&M University – Commerce, one of the state’s oldest institutions of higher learning.
