The office staff is amazing!! Very helpful and made the moving process easy! Even when I had questions after hours the concierge was there to help as well!
The buildings have great amenities and staff is super nice. The gyms could have a bit more equipment, but they’re still sufficient for day to day use!

My experience has been amazing! I would recommend for anyone to move here. They care about the communities peace of mind and safety. Maintenence requests are answered quick (most of the time same day), the staff is friendly and neighbors are quiet. I stayed in building 14 and I dont know what voodoo they have in the walls but I've never heard my neighbors unless I was in the hallway. The amenities are great and have been available year round! There were a few issues with my particular apartment over the 3 years ive lived here that were pretty frustrating but I wouldnt let that take away from my overall experience! Highly recommend!!

When I was moving in, a nice gentleman that didn’t know me helped us & the community is very peaceful. I can’t remember the leasing consultants name who helped me get settled but she was absolutely great with assisting me and answering any questions I may have had.
I really enjoy my experience living at the Bowman Pointe Apartments. I have been living here for almost two years, and couldn't think of another place to live in Little Rock. The amenities are amazing, the gym and the pool are my favorites. You should definitely tour the apartments and see how good their are.
Safe, pleasant community. Convenient area! Coming up on four (4) years living here. Never any issues! It has a little bit of everything you need, gyms, dog parks, movie theaters, pools.
This is by far the best apartments I’ve lived in. From Texas in the 70’s to Little Rock from the 80’s on. The MOST amenities in one place. The only thing is I won a 3rd round bingo game (500 pts) and it doesn’t show on Loft Living
I just renewed my lease, and I must admit,I’m still loving life here at the Pointe! The community feels like home, and the office staff is truly amazing. They’re always warm, helpful, and make every interaction a positive one. The maintenance team deserves a big shout-out too they’re fast, reliable, and always go the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. Living here has been such a great experience, and I’m excited for another year!

Bowman Pointe has been home to me for a few years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s quiet but not too quiet, fun with plenty of events, modern, and pet friendly. It’s truly the place to be in Little Rock!

The complex has been good. Second year here. There are a ton of great amenities. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The employees in the office are helpful as well.

It’s a little pricey but the apartment is relatively new and they respond readily to service requests. Some apartments have views of the pool and courtyards. (Unfortunately others have views of the parking lot.)

The day my daughter and I toured Bowman Pointe. We applied right after. It wasn't a need to look no further. It was nothing but amazing. The positive energy was real. All the leasing agents was so welcoming and made us feel like it was already a place we wanted to call home. Marcus went above and beyond in my moving in process. It's so beautiful inside and out. Everyone I came across so far was very friendly and willing to assist even my neighbors. Looking forward to many more wonderful experiences and great memories in my new home community.
