Overall great experience. Pretty quiet, great amenities, new, & feels safe. My dog loves the dog park and there are always other doggos to make friends with!

front desk has been very helpful in the move in process and we appreciate them! there have been a few maintenance things to take care of but no problem with that so far.
When I was moving in, a nice gentleman that didn’t know me helped us & the community is very peaceful. I can’t remember the leasing consultants name who helped me get settled but she was absolutely great with assisting me and answering any questions I may have had.
I really enjoy my experience living at the Bowman Pointe Apartments. I have been living here for almost two years, and couldn't think of another place to live in Little Rock. The amenities are amazing, the gym and the pool are my favorites. You should definitely tour the apartments and see how good their are.
Safe, pleasant community. Convenient area! Coming up on four (4) years living here. Never any issues! It has a little bit of everything you need, gyms, dog parks, movie theaters, pools.
This is by far the best apartments I’ve lived in. From Texas in the 70’s to Little Rock from the 80’s on. The MOST amenities in one place. The only thing is I won a 3rd round bingo game (500 pts) and it doesn’t show on Loft Living
I just renewed my lease, and I must admit,I’m still loving life here at the Pointe! The community feels like home, and the office staff is truly amazing. They’re always warm, helpful, and make every interaction a positive one. The maintenance team deserves a big shout-out too they’re fast, reliable, and always go the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. Living here has been such a great experience, and I’m excited for another year!

The overall experience is is good. I love my apartment and all I’ve put into it to make it home. I just hate the upkeep of the building I live in. It’s absolutely horrible.
I am so happy and excited to be back at Bowman Pointe. I pray that I don’t have to move again until I move into my own home. This is such a great community to live in is quiet and peaceful. It’s a little pricey but the apartment is relatively new and they respond readily to service requests. Some apartments have views of the pool and courtyards. (Unfortunately others have views of the parking lot.)
I’ve lived here for over a year and its been a great experience! The staff is great and I love the different activities they have for the residents!
Service and amenities are fabulous. I have only had a few service requests and they have been timely and the staff is wonderful. Would recommend.
The day my daughter and I toured Bowman Pointe. We applied right after. It wasn't a need to look no further. It was nothing but amazing. The positive energy was real. All the leasing agents was so welcoming and made us feel like it was already a place we wanted to call home. Marcus went above and beyond in my moving in process. It's so beautiful inside and out. Everyone I came across so far was very friendly and willing to assist even my neighbors. Looking forward to many more wonderful experiences and great memories in my new home community.
So far I love it, the management team is very friendly and informative. The apartment is great, I love the stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and grey walls. The amenities are great as well, the pool has been the best part!
I’ve lived at Bowman Pointe in Little Rock, AR, for a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. The management team is responsive and professional, handling every request—big or small—promptly and with a friendly attitude. The grounds are beautifully maintained with vibrant seasonal flowers. Amenities like the pool and modern fitness center are always clean and rarely crowded. Security features, including secure access, provide peace of mind day and night. Plus, the community calendar is full of fun events—cook-outs, coffee mornings, holiday gatherings—that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home. Bowman Pointe offers outstanding value, exceptional service, and a true sense of community. Highly recommended!
Amazing apartment complex. Amenities are great and staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is outstanding, always quick to come and resolve the issues successfully. Everything is always clean and well maintained.
Everything is very nice, but there are places that are kept dirty. I feel like there are staff, but they don't take care of it. There's a lack of management and commitment to keep these places clean.
I’ve loved living here for the last 3 years! I cannot get enough of the pool, and the complex is very conveniently located. Great place to live!
Such a fun/cozy place to live!! You’ll make so many new friends at the pool & during weekly events!! The gated community makes you feel safe, as well as multiple cops that live inside the community

Everything has been fantastic! Our move in has been a smooth transition and our apartment has been a great fit for us! It met our expectations and now we are working on making it feel like home by adding touches of decor slowly but surely!
I have enjoyed living at Bowman Point. Great apartment commmunity. Great amenities & responsive customer service. Parking is not bad. I appreciate the community is gated. What I would change is bring some light to the apartment. For example, Everything in the apartment is dark (grey walls, grey carpet, dark brown cabinets & pecan brown wood flooring). Kitchen cabinets should be white to lighten up the space & add some openness. Find the right size burners for the stove - mine don’t fit. And better lighting in the ceiling fans. Small updates can go a long way.
The staff is excellent and on top of it! Clean apartment complex, love the amenities, and never had any issues living here. Highly recommend
I am very impressed with the facilities that you guys have to offer! From the amazing pools, the gym, the theatre room, the list goes on! I love how it’s a dog friendly community and the dog park that you guys have is super awesome! You keep the premises very cleaned and maintained . I think your maintenance requests are done pretty quickly. I appreciate that we have a gated community and that it requires extra security access after a certain time at night, this makes me feel more safe at night!
I have lived here for 3 years . The experience has been wonderful. Incredible staff, prompt response, neat community and lots of fun stuff every Tuesday. I love being a part of this community. My favorite place is the pool.

Very clean and safe environment. There are a lot of facilities you can use all day long. A lot a parking places for your car. The staff quickly respond to any maintenance request.
