The people who work here are great but there’s a lot of work that still needs to be done with the apartment. Water smells, garage break ins occasionally, bike room is always getting bikes stolen. Overall okay living but the water is the worst part.

This my first apartment since moving on my own and I’ve had such a positive experience so far! The one thing that has made Bowers memorable for me is the management staff. They always respond to residents promptly and with kindness. I always feel at home here and taken care of. Everything is bright and clean and I love spending time on the 8th floor deck with fellow neighbors (the community here is awesome!!)
