The Boulevard at Deer Park is the absolute BEST you are going to get as far as luxury apartment living in the amazing Deer Park. Great schools, great area, and very safe community. This is our second time back, which shows we have been very satisfied here. We can't say enough good things. Yes, it can be expensive, but the one thing that people always say, "you get what you pay for!" is absolutely true. The newly renovated apartments are absolutely stunning, and we are more than happy here. It is beautiful, grounds are very well kept, pool always looks clean. The most important thing is the staff is absolutely stellar!!! Krissi, the Community Manager has been here since we lived here before and is a Rockstar! Crystal & Korien have both been here since we moved in this second time, and they are fantastic. GREAT attitudes, and nothing but helpful! They also have community events frequently, which really makes you feel like you are apart of the community. We plan to attend their Pumpkin painting coming up next week with our kiddos, and it just makes us truly feel like a family. The upgrades never stop, and the neighbors are also great. It is very quiet at night, and the maintenance is also very quick to address all of your requests and concerns. I know maintenance is a big concern for most renters, and maintenance here has been beyond our expectations. Thank you all team Boulevard!

About 4 years ago, I was searching for my 1st apartment. I wanted a complex that I would feel safe and comfortable in. This was it! I have gotten to know the wonderful new staff and miss the old staff that left after the apartments sold. I was so sad to see them leave but the Manager Krissy stayed and that made me feel better. I have gotten to know the guys that do the work orders. They are friendly and have always taken care of any issues that I had. I did have an AC issue last summer and due to it being a Friday night, they were not able to get a new one until that Monday, but they let me use a portable one so I could at least sleep. Y’all know about this Texas Heat!!!! I do have 1 complaint, people not picking up after their dogs poop. It’s gross and they are lazy people and should not have dogs. The guys that pick up any trash and stuff in the mornings try to pick it up, I volunteered to get a camera on my balcony to get proof of who was breaking the complex rules. In turn, they offered me a gift card for anyone that was caught by it and was fined. I see they have cans with signs and bags for people to use, but not everyone does. Overall, I will most likely renew for another year and recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Deer Park. -Anna

For the first 6 months, I had pest issues (mainly with roaches and centipedes). I would call maintenance, but the pests kept coming back. I live on the first floor and there has been piles of dog poop multiplying in front of my apartment. I'm talking like 3-4 piles A DAY. It's so bad people don't even want to visit because the smell is so bad. The residents don't pick up after their pets and it's disgusting. The apartments switched ownership and it was not the smoothest transition. Their communication with this was poor. They told us a few days before rent was due that we would have to pay with a cashier's check (which is inconvenient to those traveling for the summer and rely on the online portal for payment). Just wish there was a more advance notice of this like a week or more, not a few days. One day, my water was shut off randomly for a few hours and I had to find out from the city before they let us know. They didn't send out a message until an hour after I had my water turned back on. It would also be worth noting that when the tornado hit in January 2023, we were one of the last people to get power back and the cell service was non-existent only in the apartment complex area. And during this time, they did not communicate well. All in all, their communication is their biggest weakness and I was very disappointed with my experience here. I would search elsewhere and sacrifice a little farther commute from work than live here again.
Apartments are so clean and well maintained, the office ladies are perfect and so nice! They remember my name everytime I walk in. 10/10 recommend

The office stuff is great Chrissy, Jessica and Jasmine always greet you with a smile. They remember my name and my kids names. I enjoyed the Easter egg hunt. My kids had a great time. Maintenance is speedy and also always smiling. I will be renewing for another 15 months. Great school district too.

It is pricey but I keep renewing because the ladies in the office and the maintenance are both superb! Better than any other complex I have resided. I feel apart of their family, I know they care from, not only their warm words of encouragement but their actions of going above and beyond. I don’t need granite when I have them!

I would never refer anyone I know to The Boulevard at Deer Park apartments because of the horrible experience I have endured with the current property manager. I have lived here for the past 5 years and always had great things to say until the current manager came along about a year ago. Current management has not responded to my complaint in a timely manner, has played favorites regarding the complaint and is now retaliating against me by forcing me out of my apartment due to my complaint. I highly recommend anyone thinking about coming to The Boulevard at Deer Park to seek another property to call home!

This is a very clean well managed property. You constantly see maintenance or someone working to keep the property attractive from the outside. If needed you will get a quick response for any issues. So far, I have had no issues with annoying loud music or excessive noise from any resident. A really nice place to live.

management is great till you have a maintence issue.appliances are dated and loud.faucets are pitted and starting to rust.breezways are full of leaves and walls are dirty and have a lot of spiderwebs.made a mistake moving here.am very unhappy

I h as ve never had a problem that couldnt be fixed right away. As soon as I would put a work order. The landscape and yards are always cut. And they clean around trash cans. Everything is Great.

Nicely maintained and safe.However neighbors are partying late in the evening till 4am.
I love these apartments Ive lived in several other apartments & these are second to none! The office staff is amazing they are always so helpful and kind!!

After living at the Boulevard at Deer Park for 20 years in two different apartments, I only have great things to say. The staff and my neighbors are great. If I could continue to live there I would, but I'm getting too old and need help caring for myself. I recommend the Boulevard to anyone looking for a new home. I am so glad I decided to move here. As a person who's lived in apartments all my life, I am so grateful each day not having to worry about anything related to home life. I feel comfortable knowing someone will quickly respond to any issues/concerns.
The Boulevard at Deer Park is a wonderful community. Ive lived in several communities prior to coming here and this has by far been one of the best experiences thus far. The staff is second to none, they listen and act on any issues quickly. They are always so welcoming and hard working they actually walk the property and check on residents if need be. I have yet to run into any issues. The maintenance team is very effective and quick, Ive never waited longer than a day for service. The community over all is very quiet and calm I enjoy taking daily walks around the complex and enjoying the scenery and fresh air! I feel safe and at peace here.

We LOVE The Boulevard at Deer Park. The ladies are amazing, and its super quiet. Always very fast at fixing things if needed. We just signed another lease and decided to stay for a longer term than a year. We definitely picked the right place for a home.
