The Boulevard at Brick offers great amenities and stylish apartment accommodations. Located in a great area between Brick and Tom’s River, you really can’t go wrong. Common areas are clean and well kept, and neighbors are friendly. Debbie the manager was an amazing help in the application process, you can tell she is the reason this development runs so well. Super helpful and always accessible, friendly and kind, Debbie made the process so easy. Jon the maintenance manager is also very swift and helpful. It’s been a great place to live so far.

My fiancé and I recently moved into the boulevard at brick. The process was quick and easy. Debbie made sure that all of our paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Most of all I think we love most about this place is how quiet it is. All in all, a great experience.

The application process is very simple and everything moved quickly. Debbie, the property manager, was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Move in day was easy as Debbie told us everything we needed to know so we were very prepared. She also does a great job of making sure everything is going smoothly after move in day, and addresses any questions you may have. The property and our unit are very beautiful and well kept.

I just recently moved into the complex with my young son! My experience from the very start has been nothing but amazing and easy! Debbie the manager has been so wonderful and she’s made the application process/moving in so easy and smooth!!! She answers every question you have promptly and never makes you feel like a bother! Shes made this experience so great for me. Cant day enough wonderful things about her! The grounds are kept beautiful! They take a lot of pride in this development! The amenities are amazing as well! Couldn’t be happier living here!

My husband and I recently moved into the complex and we are very happy with our decision to move here. Debbie the property manager has been great to work with. She made the entire process from the application to move in very easy and is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The complex and buildings are kept very clean and the apartments are very spacious with a lot of storage. Boulevard at brick is definitely a great place to live.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I’m really loving my apartment. Debbie, the property manager has been great from the time I first visited, to the application process, and move-in….it’s been a pleasure working with her. John, the maintenance guy is wonderful….and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Hard worker for sure! Amenities are great! Very dog friendly and everybody seems so nice, and happy to be here. I’m really looking forward to living here for the years to come.

We just moved in this month and everything has gone so smoothly. Debbie and the maintenance team have been fantastic. The apartment was well cleaned and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Parking is easy too. Boulevard at Brick is everything we have been looking for.

I have been here for a little over a month, and I know I made the right choice. I feel very comfortable and safe. The grounds are very well maintained. The office manager is pleasant and very helpful. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly.

Debbie the property manager is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with! She is very friendly and made the whole application and move in process easy. The property is so beautiful and the grounds are immaculate! Another plus is the lobby and hallways always smell so good! The one bedroom apartment is so spacious especially for a one bedroom and the layout is amazing! I am happy to call this place my new home! Thank you Debbie & Maintenance for being so great!

From the very first interaction I had with Debbie I knew my experience was going to be organized and amazing! Debbie is super responsive, accommodating and made my move to Boulevard at Brick extremely easy. She answered ALL of my many questions and handled my requests as fast as lighting! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Debbie and my experience with Blvd at Brick!

I can’t say i love everything about living here, I’m sure if i sat down I could not pick a few things but i find this place checks off the most important thing and that’s management. Debbie is phenomenal. I’ve emailed her more times then I can count (very minor things or questions) and she answers so on point. Even on her days off, I’ve emailed and she’s emailed back immediately. If I ever had a problem, which again wasn’t often, she made sure it was handled as quickly as possible. Gregg is the maintenance man and he is equally just as phenomenal. If i had a maintenance request, it was taken care of that day. I never waited for anything. Gregg and Debbie are truly so amazing. When searching for a rental place, i would always read reviews. Almost every building had poor/slow maintenance reviews and it was an instant turn off. This place just knocked every other place out of the park with the management and maintenance. Of the small things i could nit pick or give judgement on, the maintenance and management surpass it all. I can not say enough how amazing Debbie and Greg are. I would 100% recommend renting here.

We moved here just over six months ago from Colorado. We found this place via the internet and from the website and phone visits with Debbie, kept it on our top list! We kept an open eye on other rentals, but simply fell in love with Debbie and the Boulevard at Brick, and knew we HAD to live here. Debbie and the whole team has been nothing but lovely to my husband and myself. They all made it easy to get moved in and acclimated, they have answered every call and email with ease and they have been entirely ready to help with any problem. The apartments are new and modern with touches of warmth. The kitchen is ideal, as is the ample storage. We are so happy here thanks to the many, many wonderful qualities the Boulevard at Brick provides. - Cory and Marissa

Boulevard at Brick is amazing so far. The property is very well maintained outside and the units are beautiful. The leasing agent is top notch. She is very friendly, professional and efficient with her communication.

Moving into the Boulevard at Brick was perhaps one of the best decisions that my husband and I have made in quite some time. From the actual apartments which are very modern and spacious to the various amenities such as the gym and pool, the Boulevard at Brick is an amazing place to call home. Debbie, the property manager, was incredibly helpful in facilitating our move and has been readily available at all times throughout the day (even after working hours) to address any and all questions throughout the process. Debbie’s commitment and dedication to ensuring a quality standard of living at the Boulevard at Brick is seen daily as she is extremely attentive to the needs of the residents. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with all that the Boulevard at Brick has to offer and look forward to the memories we’ll make in our new home!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I'll start with the pros. The apartments are nice, and well designed. They have a modern styling and ours included a sizable storage area. The neighbors are nice and crime here is non-existent. If you have dogs then this is definitely the place for you. I don't own animals, but there are a lot of dogs here and a little dog park that allows your dog (and you) to socialize. The grounds of the building are well kept, and maintenance is usually carried out quickly. Snow is removed almost instantly, which is a nice benefit when it does snow. Still, there are a few cons with the building. Foremost, the gate is *always* broken. I'm not sure if people are just plowing into it or what, but it's probably operational half of the year at most. The quality of the materials they used to build the apartments is questionable. The countertops, in particular, look nice but are prone to staining. I've heard that they attempt to rake you over the coals with your security deposit when you leave, a claim that I cannot attest to since we're still residing here. Lastly, people leave trash around the dumpster instead of putting it in. I'm not sure if they're weak or just lazy, but its certainly something to see an empty dumpster surrounded by random trash. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and certainly one of the nicest apartment complexes in the area. I'd recommend at least taking a look if you're interested in places in the area.

We love it here! The apartments are more like an upscale condo. The master bedroom is huge with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. The open floor plan (Reef model) is great! I love the kitchen island! The pool is huge and there are plenty of seats! Also, it's very pet friendly. There are doggie stations along the back of the buildings with baggies for your use. There's a playground for kids as well as a grilling area with charcoal grills and picnic tables. Also a small dog park that is fenced in. The people are all friendly and the place is kept very nice. The gym is really nice also. The clubhouse is beautiful! Very spacious and open. The office help has been wonderful. I have not had a single issue since moving in. I saw that some said they had issues but I'm guessing that the kinks (being so new) have been worked out. You feel very safe here. Highly recommend.

These apartments are some of the nicest around but there are issues that are unacceptable with a brand new complex. I also had plumbing issues the first day I moved in and had the shower backing up and numerous toilet clogs. I’m the only person that lives in the apartment so it’s not heavy use. There is also dog urine on the concrete directly outside the doors which I have mentioned numerous times. The secured gate is constantly broken as per the previous comment. Maintenance is very speedy. Also have noticed a strong marijuana smell as well. Not worth the price. I would look elsewhere
