Boardwalk at Med Center is a dog-friendly, quiet community. I love socializing with my neighbors at the dog park! The Office Staff are responsive and care about tenants.

I enjoy the dog park at boardwalk, I couldn't have a dog in an apartment without it! I also enjoy that they have a dog washing station to clean up my dog after getting dirty at the dog park. I enjoy when the complex brings food trucks to the complex and gives us credits to use at the truck. I feel safe in my apartment and feel at home.
Boardwalk is a safe and beautiful community to live in. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Besides the heck up…. This community is okay, now if they will just do simple stuff keep stuff up and going as promised… car wash, making people pick up after there dogs, and keeping Bbq pits clean, cars driving in slow as there suppose to. Or just keeping residents informed in our community… things would be great. That’s what you call home.

Dont rent with Tricon. Expensive prices, broken amenities, the worst wasp problem in the medical center.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I lived here for four years during professional school in the med center and since management has changed this place has become complete garbage. The gates are always broken, cars are constantly broken into (including my own) or expect it to end up on blocks after people steal your tires, there are small cockroaches everywhere, tons of annoying ferral cats roaming around, and management REFUSES to do anything about these issues and won't claim any responsibility. When I finally moved out, I paid for a professional cleaning service that THEY recommended and was promised there would be NO cleaning charges but yet again ANOTHER LIE! Please just save your money and live somewhere else because that is all this company wants from you.
Ive been living here since 2017,and the people here are very nice and everything here is so well kept.
I am totally overjoyed. I have never felt this comfortable before at any other apartment complex. The management staff is also great! They are all wonderful people!

The staff at Boardwalk are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure residents issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Ive lived at other apartments and this one is by far the best I have had when it comes to responding to requests and issues and going the extra mile to help its residents.

Over the span of a 2 month period, my truck was broken into twice on the property. The second time all 4 of my wheels were stolen and at least 2 other cars were also vandalized. The apartment management are not willing to do anything to prevent this from happening again. There are no cameras anywhere on property and only seem to fix the gate when they get complaints. They gave me the crime doesn't have a zip code nonsense and did nothing but offer me a garage that is too small for a truck for a discount, not even free. Do not live here if you are not willing to risk theft or property damage.

First year in a half was great community, lately it feels they dont clean as much, plus I feel, they dont enforce the speed limit in parking lot, before someone gets hurt.

Apartments are uninhabitable! Carpets emit a sickening moldy odor, and the kitchen drain produces a nauseating stench. I am currently in the process of consulting a lawyer to sue for breach of Health and Safety requirements. In spite of multiple complaints over several weeks, management is only willing to expose the carpets to ozone gas, instead of replacing them, even though the Environmental Protection Agency's website warns against the use of ozone gas for these purposes. Your health is in jeopardy if you rent here!

The management was really nice. They never were in our business at all while living there and they always made sure to communicate fully about what we could expect at move in and move out. So relieved to find a complex to live in that still (at this day and age) has some what of a moral code to live by! I am happy for whom ever may read this because it’s so difficult to find responsible apartment personnel that can be relied on!!

Great rental experience. We rented for 3 years until we purchased our own home last month. What a pleasant experience beginning to end. We had a couple of maintenance issues during the 3 years, but the maintenance had those fixed quickly. II would definitely recommend them and have to anyone I know looking for an apartment.

I have moved a lot in my lifetime and this is by far the best apartment ever! Beautiful property, Great staff, Clean grounds, Amazing pool, Great location.. The list goes on & on. You definitely want to move here.. You won't regret it!
Corie and Jill are big liars. They will try to entice you in a lease. PLS pls pls dont even think of living or signing any lease in this place. I got the entire house cleaned before leaving but they overcharged me and I was treated so bad i cant even tell. They lied all the time and initially i though they might have some work ethics. Do your a favor and stay away from this place. You will regret it big time specially when you move out. Horrible Experience - Liar Management and horrible move out experience. They made me pay for valet trash extra monthly charge even when I agreed with move out minimum notice of 60d. Charged me extra as penalty and most charges (at move out) which were totally illogical. I had to pay because they theatened to spoil my credit history by sending those bills to collectors. You will always lose if you live in this place and will regret it forever.
I lived here last year and miss it! The space is so wonderful - I loved coming home to our apartment! And the pool is amazing! I am a medical student and I laid by the pool all the time to study. Sometimes the valet trash would come at weird times, but it wasn't a big deal :) Maintenance was pretty responsive and the maintenance guy taught me how to reset my own disposal!
This property has gone down hill since Alliance Residential Company took over. Due to their valet trash service there are roaches . Their pest control doesn't work. The staff are dismissive and rude. They have very questionable business practices. Even when you're not in a lease and move out, they will continue to bill you for water, pest control and trash pickup because they can't rent out the apartment. People beware. Don't let the outer appearance fool you. Of course the model apartment looks nice, but that's not what you get.
When we first rented a year ago under GreyStar Management, the place was great. Since Alliance took over, the place has gone down hill. Their new valet trash services, literally stinks. People don't follow the rules and leave trash out whenever they feel like it, which attracts bugs. We never had a problem with roaches until this supposed great trash service, which also by the way more than double in cost. The pest control service does not solve the roach problem. We had to call for service over three times. We finally gave up and bought our own insecticide. Management is rude. This place is a rip off. Don't let the outer appearance fool you.
My sister and I moved here about 4 months ago and we absolutely love it! Staff is so awesome!! Maintenance is very good and it is a safe, clean environment! We have not had a problem!
Old management was great (five stars). The new one, not so much. Lazy and rude seems to be the mantra for the staff here now. Will not be staying after my lease is over.
From the moment I was interested in living here, Jaclyn, the leasing agent.. Was 100% helpful, made my apartment search and move in absolutely pleasant. I moved here from home, 3 hours away,.. She called and responded to every single question that I had... (Which were a lot) I have lived here 6 months now... And have zero complaints! So happy to call boardwalk my home! If you're interested call Jaclyn! She's the greatest!
