This is a great place to live! So many amenities that fit the family and so much to do. Onsite laundry is always clean and 24/7. Awesome office staff! Tessa, Jay, and Eric are the best! Maintenance is always there and working on what you need. Pool is always sparkling and so inviting. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

We living in a 3/2 recently renovated apartment. Playground is very nice for my daughter. Parking is easy and convenient.

Boardwalk so far has been good, definitely a lot better than the previous community I lived in. Tessa, Jay, Wade, Gary, and Eric have been great. The apartments are nice, I don't really hear any noise unless my upstairs neighbors have their TV turned up loud or they are running the main bathroom shower. They are pet friendly (but no dog park so I walk to another Collier owned apt complex). And of course you have the irresponsible dog owners which isn't the complex fault, they can't see everything all the time, so I make sure I have control of my dog. The only other issue is the parking situation which doesn't seem to get enforced if the vehicle has either been sitting there for a while, or there's expired tags, or simply doesn't have a community sticker on it. They don't get towed. Other than that, it's pretty quiet, it's well maintained and most people here have been friendly.

The staff is very helpful, especially Wade with the maintenance team. Being so close to UF Shands hospital is another big plus. Overall very happy to be living here for the past two years!

We've been living at Boardwalk for almost a year now and just renewed. The maintenance team is consistently friendly, fast, and helpful, addressing requests promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to bus stops and close to UF without being on campus. The office staff is great. Tessa is both helpful and honest, making our leasing process fast and transparent. The community here is a nice mix of families and college students, creating a balanced and welcoming environment. Overall, Boardwalk has been a good place to live.

I rented a 1/1 for a year, and I could not wait for my lease to end. Living here includes a constant bombardment of cockroaches, lazy and sloppy maintenance, and loud and raunchy neighbors. I did not feel safe leaving the apartment at night as there was almost always people yelling at each other in the parking lots or blaring their car music excessively. I called management multiple times, and they refused to do anything about these issues. I'm not sure how much money I spent on pest control; nothing I did stopped cockroaches coming out of every crack in the wall (of which, there were several). Whenever maintenance came to work on issues that were promised to be completed before moving in, they would always leave behind a mess, including leaving broken parts in my kitchen sink, spattering broken glass all over the carpet after replacing a window, to standing on my furniture and leaving dirty footprints. The only thing this place has going for it is a decent laundry facility. Living at the Boardwalk was an awful experience and I do not recommend renting here.

I lived at Boardwalk for 2 years, and it has been nothing but trouble for me. Front office associates were always nice, but I was consistently trying to get maintenance to come and fix things. If they did, they did great. It was just a hassle getting them to actually show up. Some rude neighbors. I was over charged my second year living there for rent, AND 5 days before moving out they decided they were going to try and charge a late fee on rent that was turned in 2 weeks prior! I would not recommend living here unless you're desperate. Bugs everywhere, showers were always leaking, fans didn't work, no proper insulation, no proper parking. Just would not recommend.

Boardwalk apartments has great amenities and a great staff. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. The maintenance staff does a great and fast jobs on work orders and in keeping the grounds looking great.

We walked into our (unlocked) apartment to find the paint splattered everywhere, lights that were hanging broken, missing lights/fans in bedrooms, door with chipped holes in them, a never cleaned kitchen, cabinets half the size of the showroom, broken bathroom mirrors, a dishwasher that makes the garbage disposal and the toilets back up when it runs, a washer and dryer that make it seem like an earthquake, a water heater that has insulation touching wires, holes in our carpet, and the stench of cigarettes. But I mean it is close to UF, and they allow my dog.... That's all that there is going for it.

I lived in a 3/2 for the past year. Ready is pretty cheap, I had awesome neighbors and ken joyed my time there. I heard that other residents had issues with the office and having things fixed, but I never did. As long as you're an adult and communicate with the complex, you'll get your money's worth with a great location!
