The office staff are all friendly, efficient, and ready to help. Each time I approach one of them, they are helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are efficient and friendly as well. Overall, I’m enjoying my stay and recently renewed my least. Are there Hiccups at time, of course, and they get resolved rapidly….I’d recommend keeping them all on staff! Most neighbors keep to themselves and are respectful of quiet hours, etc. they are pet friendly.
Just moved into Boardwalk. The staff here is amazing. Will has done everything to make sure our transition has been smooth. The maintenance crew has responded to every request quickly and efficiently. I think we made a great decision moving here!
My daughter and I are really loving living here! We love our location and always feel safe! The grounds are always clean, the staff is very welcoming and for us the location is a huge!!

Wonderful staff and cooperation, good amenities and location. One small hitting for improvement: not loving the reserved parking - sometimes their parking spaces are empty for a while, while others have to park far away because of that

Me and my boyfriend been living here for a few weeks now as first time renters, and we were definitely a bit nervous at first being the horror stories we have heard about other apartments. But wow, this apartment complex has set the bar so high. We absolutely LOVE it here and find ourselves falling more in love with it every day. The community is so welcoming, it’s peaceful, and the waterway, scenery, and walkability are incredible perks. Thank you ????

I am very satisfied with the quality of life I experience living in this community, specifically in Building 1. The people are mostly friendly and respectful. Maintenance is impeccable, and the building is always clean and hygienic. The only area worth improving is that the Business Room administration needs to be more attentive, as the computers are often poorly maintained (technical support for viruses and malfunctions), and it takes many days, and sometimes weeks, to refill the printer toner when it runs out. These are small details that inconvenience residents. Best regards.

The pool and Rooftop areas are top-notch. The walk to the apartment from the parking garage is long, but manageable. very hard during the move-in and out phase.

While on the road moving back to Texas, I called to see if I could get a tour and was able to get one an hour after I made it back home. The tour was lovely and sold us immediately to apply for a 1 bedroom studio apartment. Everyone at the leasing office is extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and we were able to move in by the end of the week.

It is a very nice area to live in. It is quiet and you have movie theaters, restaurants, the mall very close by and many other things. You live very well.

New tenant. High expectations. The WiFi is atrocious. The staff is not very warm. Looking forward to a better experience. Will give it time.

Great property and very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Negatives include the following: 1. Hidden fees such as Valet Trash Pick-up (we live by the trash shoot but cannot opt out of this $17 a month fee) and ameneties fee ($50 a month again on things we do not use but cannot opt out). 2. Parking garage is not monitored. Plenty of illegally parked cars as defined by lease. At a similar property in City Centre in Houston, all cars are required to have a decal and visitors have to part on upper floors unlike here where it is a free for all for parking spaces on your floor and people use garage to store cars that have not been moved in the 2 years we have been here. 3. Rental Rate of $3,000 for a 2 bedroom is excessive and you can expect a 3-5% increase at each renewal period. 4. Very loud if you do not live on top floor. 5. Property is obsessed with blowers that are gas powered and loud. Will blow one leaf for a hour on days when not really needed.

Best location for the price in the Woodlands. Maintenance is also extremely fast had a compressor go out on our A/C and they had it replaced with in a day.

Great staff and location, I wish amenities were renewed and the food trucks weren’t as noisy right under my windows. Also, pest control sometimes ignores my requests and doesn’t treat the home.

Need better control of ants. Insulation is too thin between walls (noise as well as smell of other residents cooking). Garage gates always broken due to people hitting them.

Very much enjoy the view, access to Market Street and the River Walk. Great fitness center. Wonderful to have Wine Wednesday and Monday Food Truck.
