Property Ratings at Blue Springs Apartments
Property is under new management. She is so rude, never in office - only when it’s time to collect rent and no maintenance emergency line. My friend moved out. As soon as she could. Do to they charged her a monthly Pest Control fee. But can’t request the service until every 3 months. Lots of ROACHES in the kitchen and craw on you on your bed at night. There’s no parking after work and to many occupants per 1 bedroom. So much bird poop all over her patio area. The residents leave their trash bags at their front doors for days. All the pictures get you online. When you move in it’s not nearly even close to what you’re expecting. The apartment isn’t worth the expensive rent they want you to pay. Don’t waste your money there to be super unhappy til your lease is up. Stay Away!!
Nice quiet community. New management is doing an awesome job!
I want to see a friend's apartment when she first moved in and it was terrible the sink was dirty paint was everywhere on new floors there were things in the hallway leading up to her apartment and when we got in it smell like a sewer and the apartments around had mattresses all outside of them and the space was not even cleaned in the parking lot trash was everywhere
