Took long time to get through application process but now that part is over and done til next year. I love my new apartment. It is very nice and lots of natural light. I hope to spend many years here. The office staff and the other employees are pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to move onto the area.
My mom and I are honored to call blue heron trail our new home. We have been in contact with Mike since day one and have had nothing but a great experience with him. Although there was a delay due to new construction he has always remained extremely professional, and would like to thank him for his continuous help.And we would also like to thank Michele for her extended help also. We are extremely happy here and couldn't have made a better choice. Its quite and peaceful faci g the ponds and we love our apartment.

I am very pleased and excited to move into this complex! I knew it was a new development and figured so many people like myself would want to move in. The location is great! Very close to work for me. I have been in contact with the Michael weekly and he has no issue explaing to me the process. The move in date has changed a few times, that’s understandable with this property being built from the ground up though, I was told from the start there was not move in date. He has always been up front and friendly. I never feel like I am bothering him, even when I know I am. He is patient and kind, I saw that last review and just feel it was not right. Myself and a friend (moving into this complex but another apartment) have had great experience so far! Keep up the amazing work Michael!!! You rock!!!!!

We have been given no less than 5 “move in” dates since January 2018. We’ve submitted our application and all of our paperwork, were told that we’ve been approved and have a reserved apartment, and we were even given an apartment number! Low and behold - every month, there is a reason/excuse/lie as to why we can’t move in. Real helpful that we’ve already given notice to our current landlord and he’s rented our apartment to someone else. So were paying through the nose for a monthly rental, have most of our belongings in storage for $110 a month, and can’t even get an email/call back from Michael, the most useless “manager” I’ve ever come across! I make it a point to tell everyone NOT to rent from this joke of a complex. Not worth the hassle and headaches!

Please do not rent from these guys. They lie about when your moving in and they lie about when these apartments are going to be ready. They also don't return phone calls or email. They lie and lie about everything. I have been waiting since September of 2017 to move in to these apartments and I have driven past Blue Heron Trail at least 100 times since fall of 2017 to see how the progress is going. Also I want to know how many 1 bedroom apartments their are. I heard 35 then today just 12 one bedrooms apartments. I just want to know why you didn't just build a building that just had one bedroom apartment, you had the land to build it. I also want to know how many apartments are going to be in this complex. You do not show this on your website. Thanks
