Very rude and unprofessional treatment. Very hard to talk to them
The new staff is super rude and seems to be super unwilling to offer help or even talk to people who have questions.
Hit me with ~$900 of charges after I moved out. $500 of which were because of a small carpet burn. Would not recommend.

We are sorry to hear that you would not recommend Blue Course Commons, however, the items charged for in your move-out inspection were in accordance with your lease agreement. As you know, Blue Course Commons is a 100% non-smoking facility. Your bedroom carpet had to be completely replaced due to smoke odor as well as multiple burn marks. Unfortunately, the cost to replace an entire bedroom's carpeting and padding (which is what is required in a situation where a resident has smoked in a bedroom) is not inexpensive. We do wish you luck with your future endeavors and hope you understand our position with this matter. Thanks, Blue Course Commons Management
