Property Ratings at Block 75
I would definitely recommend this place. The rooms come fully furnished which is ideal for me and the building is close to school which is a plus. Very good customer service. Shout out to Rasheem who showed me around the property and who was super friendly and accommodating to all my questions. You made my tour a great one.

The building is not properly maintained. They are lacking maintenance staff and are over 300 maintenance orders behind. The elevators do not always work and the stairs are gross. The office is often closed early without proper warning due to staffing issues. The fire alarm has gone off for the whole building more than once this semester for false alarms. It is very expensive, yet the apartments were not even clean when moving in.
It is unacceptable that the complex continually has issues with lack of water and the elevator. We went 7 days this past year without water and it is again effecting tenants this week. Move In conditions were dirty with broken drawers. Move out charges consisted of 336 for a couch cushion in the common area. Charges were given to both tenants in the unit and only reduced for one. Property manager does not respond to emails or calls, neither does Varsity Campus or its executives. We have tried them all and due to a lack of response, filed a complaint with the BBB. While waiting for a response, they decided to send the 336 to collections which we are disputing. Do not recommend this complex!
