From the start process,to Finish I couldn't have chosen a better place to call home.Rachel and Makayla are excellent Manager's I felt like family soon as I walked in they walked me through every step they answered every question i had,returned every phone call they are truly a great team. the community is well kept and the apartments are nice...if your looking for a great place to call home contact this place I'm loving it already just because they made me feel welcomed..
The office staff is awesome they care and will do everything in there path just to make sure your taken care of and i love this place to be my first home it is a walk in the park
The office staff makes your stay at Bitchfield wonderful, they are always sweet and extremely helpful! Maintenance responds quick to any requests and they have fun events each month for their residents! An amazing place to call home!

Not only is this a wonderful community, the staff at Birchfield have been by far the best we've ever experienced. They have taken the time to make our stay the best! Makayla has addressed every question, comment, and concern we have ever proposed. I assure you; you will not regret the Birchfield community!

Every single day, all I hear is noise from music to tv and even people screaming and yelling. I really can't sleep at night or even work during the day. I have told management, but nothing seems to come from it.
This place has trash and dog poop everywhere! No one cleans after themselves and people here are so loud. I’m currently looking for a new place to live.
This place is DIRTY!!! They have roaches and the staff do care about their residents! I have had a broken toilet for 2 days!!! Do not waste your money here!!!!
THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!! This community is horrible. They have a SERIOUS ROACH problem, and could care less! The breezeways are filled with trash and don't even mention the trash ALL AROUND the trash compactor. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY... DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I toured this property with one of my friends who is looking to move with the next 6 months. We were greeted by the manager Kelly. She was extremely kind, patient and helpful with helping my indecisive friend pick the best floor plan for her future move! :) Kelly followed up with both of us the day after the tour. I’m not looking to move because I own a house, but based off how amazing the staff is... I’d rent there in a heart beat if I didn’t own. My friend however decided to rent there, she’s just waiting to get out of her current lease.

My car was broken into and hit while there. No cameras and it's way overpriced.
My wife and I love our new apartment in Birchfield. It's spacious, the lighting and lay out of the place is amazing and the view we have of the area from our balcony is calming. Best of all the apartments are right next to a shopping area that has one of the largest if not the largest movie theater in Fayetteville(Millstone 14) and is right around the corner from a Walmart supercenter, many restaurants and a lot of other great places to spend money, lol.
