Garages are very small but we like our private back yards with all our wild animal visitors.
Excellent management team put together by Mark. Very responsive and looking to help as much as they can.
I love birch lake townhomes! I’ve been here, coming up on 6 years. Wish I could purchase this place versus rent because I love the staff, neighbors, and neighborhood. We respect quiet hours and take pride in our community. There’s various wildlife rabbits, deer, squirrels even saw a possum once late at night! Close to everything yet far enough from city noise. Various lakes and walking/biking trails. White Bear Lake is a beautiful town to live in!
I like my townhouse but I don't like the noise. Apparently the walls have no noise barriers. It is extremely noisy.
Birch Lake Townhomes is a beautiful community that is tucked away next to a nature preserve and close to Tamarak Park. With Rotary Nature preserve parrellel to Birch Lake getting outdoors is literally, a walk in the park.
The people here seem friendly. One lady walking by welcomed me to this community. It made me feel good.
My wife and I have been living here for over 5 years and we could not be happier. Mark and the team he has built are always ready to help and to do what is needed to make living here as enjoyable as possible. Repairs are handled quickly and when a simple fix isnt the right thing to do, Mark will make sure to do what is right rather than just trying to make it work
The management and maintenance people are top notch. Our location is just what we wanted.We are 91 years old and hope we are living here until we pass on.
I like living here and have for the past 9 years. Office folks very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Very responsive to problems. Easy to work with. Friendly. Very clean outside grounds.
Birch Lake is my home and I love the surroundings. The atmosphere is more like homes than apartments. Property well cared for, friendly folks in the office and maintenance is excellent.
