Property Ratings at Bingham Square
All the staff is nice and understanding. Office manager is very nice and helpful. Great Place To Live.
Don't waste your time here. Unless you like your privacy invaded, and your maintenance requests ignored. For 3 years there has been no insulation in the attic, causing the temperature to rise to as high as 95 degrees in the summer, and as low as 36 degrees in the winter. That's with 3 window units running in the summer, and space heaters running in the winter. It would be the central air/heat, but they refuse to fix the ducts as well. Since the new management took over about a year ago, I've made this issue known. And each time I've mentioned it, I've been given various versions of a run around and ultimately ignored. There are three children that live in said conditions, and they can't be bothered to do anything except display false sympathy while spending the monthly budget on frivolous cosmetic repairs while people are actively suffering. On top of that, they like to wait until they think you're not home, so they can let themselves in and go through your things. Management is poor at best, and clearly is inexperienced at management. Don't tell them that though. Because if you press any of these issues, it will be taken as a personal attack, and you'll "hurt their feelings". Because apparently speaking sternly about an issue that has went unsolved and ignored is considered out of line by these backwards individuals. It's comparable to dealing with toddlers. They claim to want to make this place better, but they act in such a manner that would convey the opposite of that sentiment. Don't waste your money.
I am so glad I moved in. I was nervous at first because of the reputation but Jenna in the office made me feel very welcomed! I love my apartment, so cozy and the 2 bedrooms are huge! I wont be moving anytime soon!
Lived here for a while, like it here very much. Staff is always nice and helpful , many good changes over the past year.
We were suppose to move in but then realized the people who lived there were going to either try and steal from us or worse. When we told Jenna that we were sorry but we didn’t feel safe living there she said there was nothing she could do since we already signed the lease. We didn’t even move completely in. She doesn’t care about the type of people who live there. Allowing residents to be back on rent for so long that they have an outstanding amount of over $4000 is a HUGE problem. Don’t even waste your time checking out this complex because Jenna doesn’t care about her tenants

My family and I recently relocated to Anderson for work! We absolutely love it here! Not too noisy and the community is gorgeous! Our kids love the playground and it always feels safe!
When we had moved into this complex we were skeptical due to the neighborhood. However our apartment is huge. Every bedroom has a walk in closet and the nice thing is the half bath in the master bedroom. Our neighbors are really nice which is a plus as well. Plus we have a nice view from our back patio. Plus they offer a play area for the kids which is a great feature
