I really like the specious kitchen area with open floor to the dinning area and living room . New buildings with well taking care Hallways .

Disrespectful Staff

I am in search of a place to live following a divorce and sell of our marital home. I went in to look at a 3 bedroom apartment since I’m moving out of a 2800 sqft house I need the space. I was informed by a rude lady with dark long hair that they wouldn’t be able to show me the 3 bedroom because of the “weather outside”. Keep in mind this was well before Florence reached Charlotte and it hadn’t began raining one drop. I said that would be ok and they offered to show me the 2 bedroom in connected building. I agreed and gave my ID to the gentlemen who would be showing me the apartment. I had my 7 year old daughter and my mother with me at the time. They then asked to see my mothers ID. Unfortunately she left her ID at home since I was driving. They informed me she would not be able to view the apartment without her ID. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever herd of. If the purposes of the ID check is Safety they already had my ID. I believe the staff in the office were just to lazy to do their job. The attitude from the dark haired girl was offensive to me as if we were some kind of drifter. Well their lack of customer service cost them a lease because I had all but decided that was going to be the place I was going to rent. Viewing the apartment was a formality as I like the area because it’s where we have been living for the past 7 years. Guess I’ll be renting from Axis down the road.

Great Apartment

This building is extremely well located in the heart of the Steele Creek. It is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, shopping and gyms. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this building to anyone looking to live in this area.

Great Apartment

We have lived in this building for almost a year and really love it. The location is great, being just a block away from Harris Teeter and Walgreens. The apartments are very well appointed with wood floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The staff is extremely friendly and landscaping is top notch.

Don’t be fooled!

This has literally been the worst choice I’ve made in my life! From the outside this place is awesome and beautiful I was so excited to be moving in, that lasted all of a month! This place is noisey noisey noisey, from upstairs neighbors to dogs barking at all hours. They did a terrible job building this place you can hear conversations next door. When you tell the office its we’ve emailed them but you can always call the police. When it comes to rent they will tell you one thing and comeback and say they never said that and it’s never their fault for anything that happens and they will slap on fees like it’s nothing. They’re have been fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and they blame residents for it. They found glass bottle near the pool and shut that down. And let’s not talk about the breakins to cars! No security cameras around and say well maybe you should lock your car.... this place has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, these ratings are for a reason take them into consideration before you move in here.

Poor Apartment Management

The apt layout and convenience are wonderful; however, the experience living here and with management has been horrific! And I don’t use that term lightly. Basically, they avoid handling anything and take no responsibility for your living experience. In June, we experienced 6 fire alarms in 2 weeks between the hours of 1 and 5am. These last approx 30 minutes each. There was no recourse for those in the building but we were told there would be a “treat” which I expected would be a rent discount. NEVER received anything. Some people were taking glass bottles to the pool, instead of monitoring and removing their privileges, the pool was closed to everyone for 3 days. We have significant noise issues from upstairs neighbors, the only reply is that “we sent an email to the resident asking them to be quiet” and that we can call 911 at night. Structurally, The walls are paper thin as far as sound is concerned. I lay in bed and literally hear my neighbor coughing. Although security is nice with the exterior doors, if my babysitter has both kids and needs to get in she can’t simply call the office to meet her at the door and let her in (although we were told that was the process). She has to take both kids to the leasing office and then wait until one of them will go and let her in. Per post office staff, the office staff refuse to accept packages since they put in the Luxor systemSo when I receive a package through USPS I have to go to the Post Office and pick it up. These issues can all be validated with emails I have retained. We are unfortunately trapped here until our home is ready for move in, but I would advise anyone else.... any other option in Charlotte is better.

BEWARE - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Please, do not be fooled by the ‘month free’ scam. These apartments are a nightmare. Not only are we having problems with noise, partying, incompetent management, SNAKES entering our hallways and apartments, but now the fire alarms are going off almost EVERY NIGHT in building 2. All those residents are having to stand in the parking lot in the middle of the night, 12:30am, 2:30am, 3:00am, 3:30am, 5:30am, and the Charlotte Fire Department appears to be very fed up with Solis Berewick. Lord help us if there is a real fire! BEWARE!!

Loud party complex

Counting the days until we can leave. There is music blasting so loud pictures fell in my apartment. Not just on weekends. If you have to get up in the morning, do not move here. People party 7 days a week. Cars are broken into. Definitely not safe and you will probably not sleep unless you go get a hotel.

Anna Albuquerque is Fabulous!!

I looked at a nice size two bedroom apartment here today and am 99 % leaning towards moving here. I had the pleasure of having Anna show me around. She knows her stuff. She showed me a furnished and unfurnished apartment. The club house is the best of any apartment complex I’ve ever seen. I asked her about the statue they have outside the club house and she proceeded to give me the history of the property, the owner and what was the plan for that property 25 years ago. That was impressive. I’ve lived in enough apartments in enough states to know she is the best!! I ever had the chance to deal with. When I move into this place I’m looking forward to the living. Anna sold me on this place. Hands down!!!

Amazing Property, Leasing Here Would Be A Great Decision!`

I moved in here a month ago and everything has been amazing! Any questions I've had about the property, the staff has answered right away and has made sure to meet all of my needs as soon as possible! The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect! Its a new property so its quiet and peaceful! So glad I made this my home!

Wish I never signed the lease

Go else where with your money! The apartment itself is awesome and beautiful. Staff is forgetful and tell you one thing and turns out to be another and you stuck with the repercussions. They are also very condescending and can't take responsibility for their wrongs. It's super noisy not only from the construction that starts at 6:30 6 days a week but the neighbors the walls are not inselated very well! As a resident I'd say it's not worth the money!
