My experience in Bennington crossings was a very welcoming experience, my husband and I were looking for a two bedroom apartment and we encountered Bennington crossing once we walked in the front desk lady Dinora greeted and handle us quick and was very open minded about our situation gave us a tour, was really patience about answering all of our questions (my husband is very indecisive) In the office we also met the assistant and manager of Bennington crossings who also helped us make our move in smooth and quick as possible!!

I have lived here for 4 years and while staffed has changed they have been nice. In my most recent visit to the office Dinora helped me with a maintenance ticket. She took te time to enter the ticket but also offered to show me the resident app to save me a trip to the office. She is great and helpful i learned something new

I like living here it's fairly quiet and easy to walk to get food if I need to. Also the maintenance staff here are very quick and helpful.

The property is nice and has good location. I like this area the parking is free and neighborhood is safe and clean. Mr. Ali from the service team is really responsive . I highly recommend this place.

I’ve lived here for a while, and it’s mostly been a positive experience. The building itself is in great shape, and I appreciate that it’s cleaned daily, keeping the shared spaces looking nice. However, the maintenance team has not been as responsive or attentive as they used to be. Recently, it feels like they sometimes dismiss maintenance requests or assume tenants don’t understand the issues they’re reporting, which can be frustrating. I still recommend this place for its location and cleanliness but hope the maintenance team steps up to meet the previous standards.

First of all, they never take care of their residents’s problem. They just want to make their business. They also don’t care about cleanliness because I have never seen a clean neighborhood.

I am very happy with my experience here! The amenities are fantastic and really enhance the overall stay. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to be.
I strongly advise against renting an apartment here. The entire place is overrun with mice, and the management has done little to address the issue. From day one, I noticed signs of an infestation—droppings in the kitchen, strange noises in the walls at night, and even seeing mice running across the floor. Despite repeated complaints, the situation hasn’t improved. The management's response has been slow and ineffective. They’ve sent exterminators a few times, but the problem persists. It’s clear that this is a long-standing issue that has not been properly dealt with. I’ve had to buy traps and seal up holes myself just to manage the problem, but it’s been a constant battle. Living here has been stressful and unsanitary, and I regret moving in. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value a clean, healthy living environment, avoid this place at all costs. You’ll end up spending more time and energy dealing with pests than enjoying your home. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere—this apartment is not worth the trouble.
