Property Ratings at Ben Albert
We recently moved out of the Ben Albert and did not enjoy our year of living here. During our one year of living here we had many issues and frustrations with the conditions of living in this apartment. We had multiple weeks of no heat in the winter and no air conditioning in the summer. We had multiple weeks of having our water shut off every day or having no water. In each instance we were given less than 24 hours notice. The dryers were out of order for over a month. The parking lot exit was under construction for several weeks and parking is always very limited unless you pay for parking or run the risk of getting a parking ticket. The Ben Albert also has a standard procedure of taking about half of your security deposit for cleaning. Rent is cheap but this apartment seriously shows its age.
