The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Belmont Heights
I moved into a studio as my first apartment. I really enjoy living here! The apartment is great, staff is friendly, maintenance is prompt, and all the utilities are included (except cable and internet). The area is very nice and I always feel safe. Public transportation in this area is great too. There's a grocery store right down the road, as well as stores and restaurants on city avenue. The bus stop to center city is right out front. It is also easy to get to Wissahickion Valley park, Manayunk, and King of Prussia Mall. I would recommend this apartment to a friend.
