Amenities

The amenities here are some of the best I’ve experienced, everything is always so clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference. My only complaint (and it’s a small one!) is that I wish we had a Stairmaster in the gym. Other than that, everything is top-tier. The pool area is especially popular, expect it to be busy during the summer and on weekends! But they’ve made it even better by renting out the cabanas, and they now include food and drinks when you book one! It’s such a thoughtful touch and shows how much they go above and beyond for residents. I really appreciate the effort this team puts in to make the living experience here feel elevated.

A Truly Elevated Living Experience at Bellrock La Frontera

Living at Bellrock La Frontera has been an amazing experience, especially since Greystar took over management. The structure and organization they’ve brought to the community has truly made a difference. Their clear rules and policies—especially around the pool, parking, and smoking, have helped create a more respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone. Before, it felt like there was no order and that resident concerns went unheard. Now, I feel like my voice matters and the community is being well taken care of. A huge shoutout to Mitzy, she’s been incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to listen. Her professionalism and care for residents really stand out. Thanks to her and the team, I’m proud to call Bellrock La Frontera home!

Huge Improvements

I have lived at Bellrock La Frontera from the beginning. It was amazing at first, however there was a period it went a little down hill. Since last May a new team took over and things have never been better! The new staff is extremely friendly, helpful and truly cares about the community and its needs. I am so thankful for this change and renewed my lease again otherwise I would have looked else where

I’ve lived at this property for a while now, and I have to say the difference since the new management took over has been night and day. Before, communication was a major issue—residents often had no idea what was going on, and concerns about cleanliness and general maintenance were frequently overlooked. Since the new team stepped in, there’s been a huge improvement. They’re incredibly proactive with communication, sending out updates weekly—and sometimes even daily—to keep everyone informed. Whether it's about upcoming maintenance, community events, or just general reminders, they always keep us in the loop. It’s clear they genuinely care about making the property the best it can be. This apartment is amazing, I used to live at the complex about 2 blocks away and paid the same amount for a disaster of a place, once I moved into this new apartment it’s been a breath of fresh air, and not only is the kitchen huge, but the bathroom and closet is quite spacious as well, I never wanna go back this place is amazing!

First let's start with whats good - Close to new appliances, floor space is decent, good amenities and extremely good and helpful maintainace staff. Now what's bad you ask? 1. Not enough FREE parking spots near the entry. All the good ones are RESERVED and available for extra $$ 2. A lot of hidden charges - you will have to pay for maintainance or replacement of some of the equipments! Well who knew? Trash service charge is compulsory even if you don't wish to use it. 3. No cameras in the building, so hey if your package is stolen (even in background checked neighborhood) you are responsible. Get your own Camera and set up to be safe and secure. 4. Apartment structure moves, so get ready to hear from tenants living in block below you "we can hear you walk and can exactly tell where you on in your house". You can hear everything from apartment above you as well. Even door alignments are shifting. Getting good neighbors is not in your hand nor in community's!

Love the location (close to Dell office) and quiet neighborhood. All my friends want to visit the pool and clubhouse. However, neighbors frequently leave trash outside their doors during non-trash pickup hours and I don’t like that I am forced to pay a valet trash service when I have to look at trash everyday. Residents don’t pick up after pets.

I was relocated to Austin by my employer. My apartment locator pointed me here. I've been here almost 2 years and have had a good experience so far. When I first arrived, there were a lot of community gatherings and a resident application we could use to directly communicate in discussion with our neighbors. There was a change in management and change in operations. This community still feels safe. I have had a few packages stolen, but a ring camera has eliminated that issue. The management both old and new have been accommodating. The maintenance has been very responsive and quick.

No parking for residents

There is not enough parking for all the residents. If you plan on coming home past 10PM be prepared to not be able to come home. The complex offers a handful of paid reserved spots but are all booked as well. For a “luxury” apartment complex this is unacceptable. I also spoke with a leasing agent and they are actively removing more parking from the current residents so that you have to pay to reserve a parking space. If you are planning on coming home late your only option is to pay even more to management while already paying a premium to live in a “luxury” apartment. I highly suggest you weigh ALL your options before setting on this location. As much as I wanted to love living here it has been nothing but a nightmare.

Broadstone La Frontera is thoughtfully located in a neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants, major highways and intersections, parks, and gas stations. A premium gated, pet-friendly community with ample open space for parking and a couple of dog parks. The apartment offers a premium living experience with stainless steel kitchen appliances and double vanity with a full-size in-built washer, dryer, and walk-in closets. They have valet trash pickup and, for convenience, a couple of dumpsters as well. In terms of look, quality, and feel, these apartments are brand new, and the community has a great team (Amanda, Ben, Jessica, and others) that takes care of their residents well. Many community events happen each month and present opportunities to meet and greet your neighbors. This property has a huge swimming pool with open space that's certainly very relaxing and refreshing for a hot Texan summer. The property is undoubtedly among the top places to live in 2022 around North Austin.

We moved in when the property was brand new. The structure looked very nice but the community staff is not really helpful. We have noticed a lot of expensive charges on our rent invoice and we don’t have guest Wi-Fi in our community center Available to residence while we work out and use our amenities in the main area.
