Bellrock La Frontera

Beautiful community. Very clean and well kept. Mitzy made the move in process incredibly smooth and was very patient in answering any questions or concerns I had along the way.

It has been excellent the community is awesome and the amenities are even better. I enjoy the gym, the 24 hour lounge availability, and the pool. The staff is very helpful and honest.

Joe, Jessica, Ashley and Mitzy are a wonderful team! I was between 3 properties but what sold me is the friendliness of the staff and such well kept grounds!

I have lived at Bellrock for over a year and have to shoutout the team because there have been so many improvements from when I first moved in. The new team is attentive and really listens. This is one of my favorite communities that I have lived at.

The complex has very good location with easy access close by to I34 and 44, Shopping and dinning near by and schools, amenities nice pool area and recreation area. the policies are enforced, and very dedicated and professional staff.

This is an awesome apartment complex. The coffee machine is amazing and the gym has a heavy bag which I like to use. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends.

This apartment is amazing, I used to live at the complex about 2 blocks away and paid the same amount for a disaster of a place, once I moved into this new apartment it’s been a breath of fresh air, and not only is the kitchen huge, but the bathroom and closet is quite spacious as well, I never wanna go back this place is amazing!

The complex is clean and modern, the gym is amazing! and there are many cozy places to read, work, or engage with others.

First let's start with whats good - Close to new appliances, floor space is decent, good amenities and extremely good and helpful maintainace staff. Now what's bad you ask? 1. Not enough FREE parking spots near the entry. All the good ones are RESERVED and available for extra $$ 2. A lot of hidden charges - you will have to pay for maintainance or replacement of some of the equipments! Well who knew? Trash service charge is compulsory even if you don't wish to use it. 3. No cameras in the building, so hey if your package is stolen (even in background checked neighborhood) you are responsible. Get your own Camera and set up to be safe and secure. 4. Apartment structure moves, so get ready to hear from tenants living in block below you "we can hear you walk and can exactly tell where you on in your house". You can hear everything from apartment above you as well. Even door alignments are shifting. Getting good neighbors is not in your hand nor in community's!

Staff has been so kind and helpful! Mitzy was extremely patient and answered all my questions. I absolutely love Bellrock LaFrontera. The apartments are extremely nice, the gym and pool as well! Would Highly Recommend to anyone in search of an apartment complex.

My first home since relocating to Austin over 2 years ago. There has been 1 property management change. However, the experience has been consistent. Great place, especially if you are new to Austin

Bellrock is a nice and quiet community with beautiful apartments. From the looks to the actually use of the apartment everything looks and feels perfect. The staff has been very helpful with all the question I’ve had after my move-in.

Mitzy & Joe were awesome! Just moved in and I’m far loving Bellrock! Clean, quiet & vibrant community. The price is great and the apartment is spacious and modern.

Love the location (close to Dell office) and quiet neighborhood. All my friends want to visit the pool and clubhouse. However, neighbors frequently leave trash outside their doors during non-trash pickup hours and I don’t like that I am forced to pay a valet trash service when I have to look at trash everyday. Residents don’t pick up after pets.

I like the interior of my apartment. Makes me feel like I live in a fancy hotel. I also haven’t heard noises from neighbors. The pool area is a nice place to relax.

We were greeted with a warm welcoming atmosphere upon move-in . The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt at home from day one . The entire move-in process was seamless. Everything from the paperwork to cleanliness of the apartment making our transition effortless. From the moment we stepped into the community we felt like a part of the family , would definitely recommend Bellrock to family and friends .

As someone with a dog, Bellrock La Frontera is a great place to live, with lots of convenient walking paths and other amenities.

I love all the friendly staff at bellrock La frontera! The amenities are a plus, I also love how quick the maintenance team is in resolving any issues I have.

The staff was really helpful with helping us decide on our next move while apartment hunting. We came back to this complex 4x to be sure and they were super helpful with the process each time while we were deciding. The layout of the apartment is really amazing the view is beautiful. The amenities are great. The apartment is so spacious it was actually the most spacious one we had viewed. 10/10 would recommend we have been recommending this place and we just moved into our new unit.

I have been living here for over a year now and I love this place! It has a great pool which I have a lovely view from my apartment. The appliances are great and the size of my space is perfect!

What I really like is that they are very good and quick in responding to emergency maintenance calls and their maintenance guys are well trained

I was relocated to Austin by my employer. My apartment locator pointed me here. I've been here almost 2 years and have had a good experience so far. When I first arrived, there were a lot of community gatherings and a resident application we could use to directly communicate in discussion with our neighbors. There was a change in management and change in operations. This community still feels safe. I have had a few packages stolen, but a ring camera has eliminated that issue. The management both old and new have been accommodating. The maintenance has been very responsive and quick.

Overpriced. Dirty. Smelly. Frustrating management that will blame you instead of helping you solve problems. Did I mention overpriced, dirty, and smelly?

There is not enough parking for all the residents. If you plan on coming home past 10PM be prepared to not be able to come home. The complex offers a handful of paid reserved spots but are all booked as well. For a “luxury” apartment complex this is unacceptable. I also spoke with a leasing agent and they are actively removing more parking from the current residents so that you have to pay to reserve a parking space. If you are planning on coming home late your only option is to pay even more to management while already paying a premium to live in a “luxury” apartment. I highly suggest you weigh ALL your options before setting on this location. As much as I wanted to love living here it has been nothing but a nightmare.

I love living at Broadstone La Frontera. Everyday I come home feeling like I live at a resort.

Broadstone La Frontera is thoughtfully located in a neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants, major highways and intersections, parks, and gas stations. A premium gated, pet-friendly community with ample open space for parking and a couple of dog parks. The apartment offers a premium living experience with stainless steel kitchen appliances and double vanity with a full-size in-built washer, dryer, and walk-in closets. They have valet trash pickup and, for convenience, a couple of dumpsters as well. In terms of look, quality, and feel, these apartments are brand new, and the community has a great team (Amanda, Ben, Jessica, and others) that takes care of their residents well. Many community events happen each month and present opportunities to meet and greet your neighbors. This property has a huge swimming pool with open space that's certainly very relaxing and refreshing for a hot Texan summer. The property is undoubtedly among the top places to live in 2022 around North Austin.

We moved in when the property was brand new. The structure looked very nice but the community staff is not really helpful. We have noticed a lot of expensive charges on our rent invoice and we don’t have guest Wi-Fi in our community center Available to residence while we work out and use our amenities in the main area.

Overall, my experience has been good so far. I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. The property is clean and well maintained. Parking can be an issue sometimes if you get home later.

Broadstone la frontier is the best place I ever live, they gave a doorbell bell for paying my rent early and one I found a beautiful card at my door wishing me a beautiful day. In addition, thestaff is caring and friendly, and I love the gym. Thank you!

I had applied to two other places around the area and was disappointed with the customer service I received from the leasing team and extremely poor communication, and I am so happy I didn't settle for those but instead found Broadstone La Frontera. Since the beginning, communication has been fantastic in every aspect, and everyone is very knowledgeable of the property and well equipped to address any questions or concerns while I was moving from out of state. The property is beautiful and will only continue to improve I'm sure once construction on the back half is complete, but honestly I've had no issues with any of the construction going on thus far. I could go on and on about the things I'm really happy with here, but I should just wrap this up with saying I'm incredibly pleased with my decision to lease here and am excited to make this my home for a little while after moving back to Austin. :)

Nice set up and amenities. management is poor. These are brand new apartments and paint drippings was on the floors during our walk through , cracks/space in between the baseboard in the floor. Management and maintenance came in and pretty much let us know that there is nothing they can do about it and advise us to clean up the paint & let us know they know the lights have an issue (it never came to install new ones for us as we moved in). The light fixtures in our bathroom do not work. We havent even been here a month and only one lightbulb is working in the bathroom. Very noisy community and neighbors. Staff is not very knowledgeable of what they are doing & they are hardly available.
