If someone I knew was looking for a home in The Colony/Lewisville, I would suggest it.
I had narrowed my search to 3 apartments which included this one. Had the other not had a choice of a branch new upgraded apartment, I would have went with Bella Madera. The office staff really impressed me and it was a bonus that I was able to view a model.
The maintenance team at Bella Madera has always been great. They just need to leave a notice of entry everytime they enter an apartment. Same for Extermination Team.

I like the complex and I just moved in last Saturday but it has been a few days and my sink has not been fixed yet. Maybe today they can get to it.
I would recommend because the apartments are well laid out, the property is well cared for and the office staff are very professional and friendly.
It's a quite community and is one of the biggest reasons I would recommend.
The staff and the cleanliness of the property is super awesome. The response time to work orders is phenomenal. I just wish there were three bedrooms instead of only one and two.

There is a sense of space and community... I love sand volleyball, and I love the pool. I lived at Bella Madera from 2015-2017 and no courtyard amenity area comes close to comparing. I really value the landscaping and the overall different feel of the community

Good price, nice pool area, decent gym, good location. Doesn't have 3 bedrooms though, that would be nice. And a playground for kids, there are a LOT kids here.

I would recommend this apartment community because of the atmosphere Bella Madera has created here. The community is beautiful with amenities like luxurious pools, volleyball courts, gyms and areas specifically dog friendly, which are all alluring aspects. The apartments are great. The square footage of our particular apartment and space is not so great. We need more space in the kitchen. There's no pantry space and no space too put all of your dishes and pots and pans

I like the area, it is convenient, accessible to roads and shopping and it is quiet. It does need some update with the paint color. I understand keeping up with the "morocan" look and colors and that is ok for outside, but not for inside.

I loved the layout of my apartment. The apartment complex felt very safe and I rarely had trouble parking. The gym and pool were great and the atmosphere was overall what I wanted.
