Bell Totem Lake

This apartment complex is really nice with a couple communal areas, and it's in a great location in the heart of Totem Lake. There is a variety of grocery stores, restaurant chains, and stores that you can shop at nearby within walking distance.

I recently moved into Bell Totem Lake 6 days ago, and my experience has been excellent. Kasey, the assistant community manager, was incredibly professional and friendly, making my move smooth and stress-free. The apartment community is well managed, and I feel confident that I made the right choice. I’m very happy to call Bell Totem Lake home.

Living here has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the apartments themselves have a modern and welcoming feel. The community atmosphere really makes it a nice place to call home.

Easy and fast application and move in. Everyone is nice and willing to help. The apartment is in a great location and everything is always clean in the commons area.

Kasey was a huge help during the entire moving process. And the apartments themselves are extremely nice. Overall it has been an extremely great experience.

A beautifully maintained boutique hotel style residence. From the lobby to the shared spaces to the high end finishes, absolutely lovely. The Bell signature scent throughout the building is what gives it that luxurious touch. Love Bell!

I have been living at Bell Totem for over a year now. The community is amazing. It is a gated community, so there is no concern for safety. There is access to gym and gaming place. We also have a coworking space for the remote workers. One of the best things about Bell Totem is that it always smells good.

Nice apartment cozy life circle. Got supermarkets, theater and good restaurants around. However the gym can be better and host more events within the apartment

It's a beautiful, esthetically pleasing to live here. All floors are well maintained and good community managers. Love it! Also it's one of the most safe place to be which gives you access to almost everything. Safe, secure and beautiful!

Amazing experience, the staff is incredible, very attentive and always willing to help. Elizabeth was wonderful during our move-in process and couldn’t recommend more this place. Is just fantastic!

I've enjoyed living here at Bell Totem Lake, This community has been great. The maintenance team is always on top of their game and quick to respond to maintenance needs It would be nice to have more community activities to meet our neighbors.

Living here is great so far! It's quiet a very nice building in a great area. If you want a place that is quiet and peaceful this is the building for you.

It has been great to far, minus the fire alarms that happen. The location is very nice and convenient. It's fairly quiet as well inside the building. Staff has been friendly as well.

Move in experience was great! I had Addy, who is no longer working here, support me throughout the entire experience; before, during, and after the move in. Anytime you have an issue, it will be addressed within the week. Was offered multiple options at times depending on my issue. Currently in month 9 of my 12 month lease and its been pretty decent for the most part. They do have carts to help you move, or when you have a ton of stuff to bring up to the apt. You can also reserve the elevator so you don't have to wait while you are moving in or out. Everything here is extremely clean! The halls, the common areas, the trash room; it all looks great!

We really enjoy living here. However, sometimes the pet relief area has a foul odor and isn’t well kept. Otherwise, we love living here! It’s generally pretty quiet and close to everything you could need.

Love living here! Everyone at the leasing office and the maintenance staff is really friendly and attentive! Great location and close to so many amazing restaurants and amenities! Love the gym and also the decks. My only concern is the neighbor above me and the excessive stomping throughout the evening and night :( besides that, amazing place!

So far its been a pleasant experience. Staff are nice and neighbours have been quiet. The community is generally peaceful. I have had my first experience with the fire alarm going off. I am not sure if I like that the intercom goes off inside your own unit too. I don't think its necessary. That night though we all had to evacuate twice unfortunately. The staff however are good at informing us what occurred and steps they are taking to resolve issues so that's a plus. Otherwise, I like living here.

The building and the amenities as a whole is always kept very clean. I am also happy with the staff as they're always so nice and helpful. The location is also very convenient.

Great complex. Its been very quiet so far ( moved in for a week now). Its very clean and area is my style. I love that there are so many stores around in walking distance. I can get most of my errands done in one go. A few things, leasing office is a bit hard to contact via email, the door to the front lobby closes very loud and fast. It sounds like the glass would break, also the door to the units close hard as well. Otherwise I enjoy living here so far.

I love living here, staff keeps the community spotless and it always smells clean. The leasing staff is so helpful and really want your experience to be amazing. I just re-signed my lease. I actually look forward to seeing the friendly maintenance team, I usually bump into one of them getting a coffee in the morning on the 5th floor, it's a good start to my morning. Keep up the good work Totem Lake!

Poorly designed ventilation in the apartment. No cross ventilation. Fan in fan hood kitchen is not adequately sized. Does not remove cooking fumes and smokes quickly. As a result fire alarm sounds every time we tried to cook. No exhaust in the bathroom. Inadequate number of windows for the one bed room 900 sq ft apartment

The maintenance team and the leasing team is always extremely helpful. The facilities are always clean, and the community always hold fun events.

Nice community with nice facilities. The locations suits very well for us, we were looking for a good and safe neighborhood, young crowd and lots of eating places around , things to do around. We got exactly that :) My fiancé and I are enjoying the community and area.

A month and a half in and I love living here, the building is very quiet and the residents and employees are nice. I love the newly added dog area, it makes it convenient when I am up early in the rainy months to let the dogs run around before work.

Nice quiet community with beautiful communal areas, convenient dog area for the rainy pnw days or days you’re in a rush and can’t take the dogs on a longer walk, and clean common areas.

This place is awesome!! It smells nice, the interior design is beautiful and it's a three minute walk over to Trader Joe's for groceries!

I’ve never felt more at home and safe and welcome! The management is amazing. I’m just in love with my apartment floor plan, amenities, and just the convenience of everything Aurora has to offer (who doesn't want to live next to a Lululemon and Whole Foods). Thank you for making the move in experience so quick and easy. Very informative tour as well. The events they host are so fun, love the energy here!

I LOVE living here- it’s like living at a fancy hotel. The management is awesome- Kayla always makes the events and decorations for holidays fun! Covid has kind of made it hard to enjoy the amenities as freely as I would like, but that’s not Aura’s fault! I love how secure the building is and love how walkable it is to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Lululemon. Definitely recommend. Plus, gas ranges are the cherry on top!
